A delight for architecture enthusiasts and art lovers, Bench 170 was a featured venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for several years. Designed for our most selective clientele, this elevated space located on the 3rd floor provides stunning panoramic vistas. Envision waking to the view and sound of the ocean from your king-size bed. The kitchenette includes a bar fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, sink, cutlery, dishes, and a dining area. Enjoy the outdoor patio with a gas fire table and seating that overlooks the ocean. The kitchenette in the suite is not equipped for full meal preparation. No pets or guests under 18.

With the desire to share our dream of living amongst the trees, tucked away from the world, The Hideout was created. Wrapped in hand milled cedar, fir and hemlock this space was designed to remind us to slow down, breathe deep and take it all in.
