Pear Tree Lodge has recently undergone a complete renovation. The property is self- contained from the main house with underfloor heating throughout and mid-century decor. There is a pretty garden exclusively for guests .Keys can be left out so guests can let themselves in and maintain their privacy, we will be on hand should you need anything. The property benefits from its own quiet shale driveway with off street parking. The lodge is a 15 minute walk to the beach, town and the train station.

The Studio beside The Barn Sweech Farm

Why not enjoy this historic place in a picturesque setting. The Studio is a 500-year old grain store, now converted into a studio annex. Situated at Sweech Farm in Broad Oak, The Studio is completely self-contained with a key safe for self-check in. It has a King-size bed, sofa, 32 inch tv with Netflix, hairdryer, small Kitchen with fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee and tea making facilities, a breakfast area and en-suite shower room. There is a designated parking space, behind electric gates.

A high-spec kitchen, super stylish bathroom and spacious open-plan living space (with an inkling of a sea view) make this the perfect spot for a chilled weekend break, seaside holiday or extended escape from the everyday. A cosy bed, a toilet, shower, clean towels and a thousand stars over you. Lay in bed turn off the lamps and start counting. We are only a 10 minute drive into Whitstable & Faversham & an approximate 15 minute drive into the historic city of Canterbury. Seasalter & Whitstable Beaches are also just a 10-15 minute drive away. During the week the local bus runs into both Whitstable & Faversham and Taxis are readily available from either town.
