Maybe I'm a little partial, but I really have to pinch myself when I go visit Callie's cottage. Imagine...a beautiful country road, quiet except for the occasional sound of a cow. A cottage tucked into an abundance of trees, wrap around porch, flagstone firepit area, patio lights strung across the yard, antique mantle with gas fire, crystal chandelier, beadboard from an 1800's farmhouse, a tub big enough for two, the lushest bedding, classical music plays, sweets served. Deep sigh.

Come enjoy lake life! You'll love the Lake Cypress Springs views from this recently renovated cabin, nestled lakeside amongst huge trees. Slip your boat on our private dock and swim, fish, kayak, swing, grill and relax by the fire pit. On the main floor are two queen bedrooms and a large bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen has granite, a breakfast bar, dining table and the family room is adjacent. Upstairs is a huge bunk room with two twin bunks, game area with TV and bathroom.

The Owl's Nest

The Nest is peaceful, quiet, and secluded with all the comforts of home and within minutes of grocery shopping, antiquing, state parks and Lake Bob Sandlin. Relax on the screened in porch, around the fire pit or in front of the wood burning stove. You might even catch sight of the many deer in the area that love to visit the feeder in the back yard! Drive 15 minutes and you’re in lovely downtown Winnsboro with antique shops, restaurants, farmers market and grocery shopping.

Cute Tiny house with a queen size bed in the main bedroom and 2 twin beds in the loft. Please note the loft has stairs to get up to it. This is located 1.5 miles north of Lake Bob Sandlin. It is unit #8 in a multi unit complex. Full kitchen, bathroom and a living area. Also has a large deck, charcoal BBQ, coffee make, coffee and condiments. Well behaved pets allowed under 40 pounds, please add them as a guest when booking.
