We continue to clean fastidiously, and provide excellent ventilation. Spacious 2nd floor flat with skylights, full kitchen and bath, living room, dining room and bedroom. There is Central Air conditioning and off-street parking. We are ideally located in the city of Rochester, close to Highland Park, the U of R and hospitals...and an easy walk to the cafes, (ice cream!) stores, pubs and restaurants of the South Wedge. Downtown in 10 minutes. Roc Cinema also reopened a short walk away.

Cozy up in this comfortable and spacious 1 bedroom apartment in historic Penfield Four Corners on the east side of Rochester. Safe, suburban town setting just 8 miles from downtown Rochester. Walking distance to many great local restaurants and coffee shops. Newly renovated with new **king size bed** and queen sofa bed with additional 4” memory foam for extra comfort. Fully equipped kitchen with new appliances to make you feel right at home. Wegmans and Target are just up the road.

Private suite on Genesee River near RIT

Enjoy views of gardens and the Genesee River. Walk to RIT, drive or Uber to shop or dine nearby. Suite has a private entrance and is equipped with a microwave, toaster oven and conduction burner, coffee maker, WiFi and TV. Nicely private and comfortable. For any two guests needing separate sleeping arrangements there is a chair-lounger-bed (twin size) available with provided bedding. NOTE: The bathroom has a sloped ceiling, as pictured. if you are very tall, it may be uncomfortable.

The Nut House

This apartment is located in a beautiful country setting. There is private parking available for guests. Located on the first floor is the entrance to the hallway. Once inside you will have a private door to enter your private apartment. Outside you can enjoy your private patio in the back, a well kept yard, and very nice gardens. There is no stove, but we do offer amenities for simple cooking and reheating food. We also offer a basic continental breakfast with cereal and coffee.

Private ,furnished ,modern Roch suburb apt !

First this is a private apt. It is not shared with anyone ! A beautiful little cozy spot with a kitchen with all the ammedities . Skylights make this place a bright cheerful place no matter what the season. Washer and dryer with a large walk in closet .A train goes through about a mile away a few times a day. You can hear it from a distance. I myself don't even notice it, but wanted to note it . WE DO NOT BOOK TO LOCALS! You must speak with me first unless approved.

You'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay in this unique second floor apartment in a historic Scottsville building. Perfect for families! There are four bedrooms: two with queen beds and two with twin beds. Walking distance to ice cream, pizza, artisan coffee and Scottsville Diner. Scottsville Ice Arena is just minutes away! Pets are welcome if approved, please enquire. Pet fee is $20/night/pet. Discounted pet fee for longer stays.

We are surrounded by farmland, a great base for family vacations. There is a grocery store, drug store, antique shops, and family restaurants 5 minutes in either direction from the house. Located 20 minutes from downtown Rochester, RIT, and the University of Rochester, and 1 hour from Niagara Falls, the LeRoy exit to the NY State Thruway is 10 minutes away. We are 30 minutes from Conesus Lake and the entrance to the other Finger Lakes.

Quiet suburban neighborhood yet not far from expressways, airport, shopping centers, colleges, and restaurants. Greater Rochester Airport is only 15 minutes away and Roberts Wesleyan College is 2 minutes! Driveway is shared with owner but has plenty of parking space.
