Die Gastgeberin wohnt im UG mit eigenem Duschbad, lediglich die Küche ist zur gemeinsamen Nutzung vorgesehen.

Corona free and well disinfected! Enjoy a peaceful stay in our idyllic house with large garden, trampoline, outside sauna & private lake, 20km south of Munich. The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. We want to provide a safe retreat and a home away from home in these crazy times. We will always disinfect the house thoroughly!

Many interesting activities await you off the slopes, too: ski touring, ice climbing, snowshoe hikes, tobogganing on the Gaisberg...

Lehne dich zurück und entspanne dich – in dieser ruhigen, stilvollen Unterkunft mit Kamin. Sie ist auch für Familien hervorragend geeignet. Mit sehr großem Garten und Saunahaus. Der See ist fußläufig nur 3 Minuten entfernt. Direkt vom Haus führt der Tegernseer Höhenweg. Insgesamt haben wir 5 Schlazimmer. Eins davon mit Bett und Hochbett. Das zweite nur mit Hochbett. Die anderen 3 Zimmer haben einfach ein Doppelbett.

Unser Ferienhaus wurde 2019 kernsaniert und ist in unmittelbarer Nähe zum See. Mit 2 SUPs, kleinem Boot, Sauna, Regendusche, Badewanne, Berg- und Seeblick, Holzterrasse, Balkon, eingezäuntem Garten, E-Auto-Ladestation. Über 3 Etagen: Drei Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder, Wohnbereich mit vollausgestatteter Küche und einem Hobbyraum mit Schlafcouch.
