Refurbished in 2024, it has everything you'd need for a weekend away or a longer break, with three bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, a separate utility room and garden. It's a stylish, modern space for you to enjoy with friends, family or just by yourself.

It is perfect for a weekend getaway, business trip or a stop gap for a relocation. The Annex is spacious with sofa, TV, WiFi and beautiful log burner. The kitchen is well equipmed with oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher and washing machine. There is space for 2 cars on a private off street drive beside the annex. There is also a private small enclosed garden.

Set in the grounds of a Queen Anne Rectory, it has 17th Century charm with the convenience & comfort of modern fittings. We are on the Ridgeway, in a picturesque rural setting. The house is just a short walk from the train station in the medieval market town of Princes Risborough. We have private parking for one car and bicycles are available for the guests to use. The house is ideal for max 4 grown-ups, your pet can be brought on request.

A brick and Stone barn that sleeps 6, Cutter’s Barn has been recently refurbished to a very high standard and is set on a small livestock Farm in stunning rural Buckinghamshire. Magnificent views of rolling hills and valleys on the edge of the Chiltern Hills, but close to Oxford and excellent transport links to London. Cattle and Sheep share the surrounding pastures with abundant wild bird and animal life.
