A quiet 1500 ft2 log cabin on a small cove of Lake Murray with beautiful views and room for the whole family. The back porch has an attached gazebo, another gazebo is at lakefront. The interior is wide open with magnificent cathedral ceilings, fireplace in the family room and master bedroom. Spiral staircase up to the loft with a study/extra sleeping. Public boat ramp & dock is approximately 3 miles away, making a short boat ride to be able to beach your boat at the cove. No pets or smoking.

If you fish , this is on a lake known for great fishing featuring the big blue cat fish. Or if you just want to enjoy a quiet time away this is the retreat for you.

Wildlife Cabin

Wildlife Cabin is set in a woodsy setting and was built as extra bedroom for our boys. Originally the cabin had a cute little porch on the front of it, but for privacy and convenience to our guests, we closed in the porch and made it into a small kitchenette. We call it Wildlife Cabin, not because you see so much wildlife. Our boys all liked to hunt, & one tried his hand at preserving the furs, so you will find a collection of wildlife in the cabin. Please be careful with them!

Unique Lake Murray Cabin With a Gorgeous View

Unique rustic cabin on a quiet cove of Lake Murray, a 500,000 acre lake in central South Carolina, perfect for fishing and all water sports. The cabin will sleep 4 adults or 2 adults and 3-4 children. The top loft bunk might be a bit claustrophobic for an adult. The doorways upstairs are low clearance, can be a head bumping hazard for anyone over 5'10 or so. Bed linens, bath and kitchen towels are provided.
