Built in 1895 as a residence for railway workers, this charming signal house nestled between the railway and the beach was fully restored in 2025, preserving its authentic character. The Casello sul Mare boasts a private beach, accessible only from the house with no public access, and a cliffside terrace—perfect for breakfast, sunset aperitifs, or quiet moments of contemplation with a breathtaking sea view. The property is divided into two independent units, each with its own private entrance.

Piccolo Casale

Una dimora del 500 /600 in pietra, immersa nel verde vicina al mare. Il Piccolo Casale è un baglio tipico siciliano del 500/600 costituito da un cortile centrale attorniato dal susseguirsi di stanze che in parte venivano usate come frantoio per la produzione dell’olio e magazzini ed in parte come casa patronale. La ristrutturazione avvenuta negli anni 90 ha lasciato intatta la struttura e l’architettura del Baglio creando al tempo stesso le comodità indispensabili per il soggiorno.

Boutique Etna Studio With Bathtub and Terrace

Between Fornazzo and Sant´Alfio, in the Etna park area, surrounded by vineyards and hazelnut groves, Casa Cavagrande was born. The Cavagrande loft is one of three lodgings within the recently renovated lava stone structure. The loft was created from an ancient millstone and has just been redesigned. The accommodation is equipped with free Wi-Fi, independent heating, a terrace with a view of Etna and is immersed in a vast land of 1.5 hectares. Free parking inside the property.

Immersa nella campagna di Taormina, a 10 minuti in auto dal Centro Storico e 5 minuti in auto dal mare, la casa è dotata di una splendida piscina di acqua salata condivisa (aperta dal 1 Aprile al 31 Ottobre) e di un grande giardino condiviso interamente fruibile. E' composto da un'elegante camera matrimoniale con vista piscina, un ampio e luminoso bagno ed una cucina privata situata in un locale separato, a pochi metri dalla struttura principale e completa di ogni comfort.

Gabbiano

L’alloggio Gabbiano è parte di una casa divisa in tre piccoli appartamenti confinanti, ciascuno col proprio ingresso indipendente e giardino privato. Dal giardino si accede direttamente alla spiaggia. L’appartamento è composto da una cucina ben attrezzata in cui è possibile mangiare, un divano letto, camera da letto matrimoniale e bagno con doccia. È indispensabile un mezzo di trasporto (auto o scooter) poiché la zona non è servita da trasporti pubblici.

Newly built apartment, just 3 minutes on foot from the beach. The apartment has a bedroom with queen bed and a big living room with kitchen. In the living room there is s also a bed sofa. The apartment can host 4 persons. The kitchen is very comfortable and includes: microwave, oven, dishwasher and laundry washer. Car parking is inside and for free. There is also a barbecue area, a big garden and also a yard (with external table and chairs).
