Welcome to Santa Fe! This charming studio cottage and my home share the property in this quiet residential neighborhood. The cottage is full of Santa Fe charm with a cozy, pretty interior, skylights and lots of natural light, a fully-stocked kitchen corner, handmade cabinets, Mexican tile, one comfy queen-sized bed, and a private garden patio. It's a quiet haven but centrally located, just 2 miles from the Plaza/downtown. It's a lovely place for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Small, but cozy and sunny Studio with sleeping loft (full size futon perfect for one person) is located in the heart of the old part of Santa Fe on a quiet street within walking distance to the Plaza. The decor is eclectic in the sense of "Santa Fe Style" popular locally with some distressed pieces of furniture. There is a kitchenette with 2 electric stove tops (no Microwave) convenient for quick heating up. There is a sturdy wooden ladder leading to the sleeping loft - beware if acrophobic.

Excellent for a special retreat, an amazing rest-stop or as a launch site into any of Northern New Mexico’s remarkable destinations. Not for children under 7 years old or pets.

Enjoy your own studio apartment with outdoor patio, private parking , in a peaceful country setting. Tesuque is central to many New Mexico experiences - visit nearby pueblos, state parks and monuments, casinos, rafting and hiking trails.

This is a cozy and beautiful space walking distance to restaurants and galleries. The van has everything you need and is decorated with modern Santa Fe touches. The van is insulated and has a warm heater for the winter months. *We are built a ADU in the backyard, and have added some updated photos. The van is parked in our backyard with a porch for watching the sunset, an outdoor grill and fire pit. You have private access to bathroom, shower and laundry room in the main house.

My place is 1.2mi from the plaza in a conveniently located residential neighborhood. With its small, simple, Santa Fe style, you'll feel at home right away! The main room has a kiva fireplace & sleeper sofa as well as a full kitchen & small dining area. There is a separate bedroom with a closet & washer/dryer. The enclosed, private courtyard is perfect for kids & pets. This guesthouse is separate from, but next to my home where I live with my partner, our son, and fuzzy dogs!

Walking distance to of all your needs. There are a few restaurants & a bar with live music, a coffeehouse and 20 or so galleries & shops all around you. (No pets) Choose silence, solitude in our 12'x14' AIR CONDITIONED furnished hut, with a picture window view of Mesa; bed, desk, rocking chair, kitchenette. (1 guest only) and Wi-Fi. Space dedicated for meditation, prayer, writing. Private shower 90 steps away, inside main house. Hiking trail minutes away. Vaccination recommended. (Note: our second retreat space, inside main house, has private bath, kitchen use, library and LR.)
