Both owners live close by and are readily available, no property management company to haggle with. The home has an extremely quiet HVAC with heat and AC, plus the home has a real presence in its design and colors which helps create lasting memories. Everything in the home is accessible, including laundry, to guests except for one locked owners closet in the hallway. I am available as needed and am happy to offer local suggestions I have lived in northern NM for 20 years so have a lot of advice! The home is a very walkable neighborhood making it easy to get around. Spend the day relaxing in the park before going to one of the many eclectic cafes in the area. And head to the famed Canyon Road where galleries and restaurants await. Very close to public transportation, bike riding anywhere in town is easy from here. And there is ample parking.
