Unique design apartment in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Val Gardena -Apartment N°2

The Apartment is 68 m² large and is located on the ground floor, with direct access on a small garden. The town center of Santa Cristina is easily reachable by just a short walk and it is convenient for the access to the promenade. On its privileged position, you will find the Saslong Cable car which is an excellent starting point for the famous Sellaronda ski tour. You will also find a community ski depot and one reserved outdoor parking space. There is no parking space available for camper.

Unser Haus befindet sich in Lajen-Ried, auf 780 Höhenmetern, am sonnigen Südhang am Eingang ins Grödnertal - der idaele Ausgangspunkt für Ihren Schi- und Wanderurlaub. Lajen-Ried ist eine Streusiedlung inmitten von Feldern, Wiesen und Wäldern. Die direkte Umgebung ist eine Traumkulisse für Wanderer und Radfahrer. Genießen Sie Ihren Urlaub in der Natur, beim Spazierengehen,beim Pilzesammeln oder beim Radfahren im Wald. Wir befinden uns im Herzen von Südtirol und sind sehr zentral gelegen.

Haus Orchidee - ein magischer Ort in St. Christina

Helle Zweizimmerwohnung mit wunderschöner Aussicht auf den imposanten Langkofel, die Sellagruppe und die Cirspitzen, in sonniger Lage, abgelegen von allem Trubel; dennoch ist der Ortskern in nur wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Im Winter befindet sich die Skibushaltestelle nur wenige Meter entfernt und in kürzester Zeit sind Sie im Skikarussel. Kinder können frei herumtollen, da keine Straße am Haus vorbeiführt, im Gegenteil direkt vor der Haustür beginnt ein Wanderweg, die sog. "Via Crucis".

The Oberaldoss Wellness Residence is situated in the sunniest spot of S. Cristina village, surrounded by the unique landscape of the Dolomites UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site. The view of the imposing Sassolungo, the world-famous Sella massif and other mountains of the Dolomites is breathtaking and unique. Our guests can set off from right in front of the house, either on foot, or on the bus for free that takes you from just outside the house to the nearby ski lifts in 5 minutes.

La Grambla App Saslonch

The holiday apartment La Grambla Saslonch is located centrally in St. Christina and boasts a beautiful view of the mountain. In winter, thanks to the convenient location, the entire Dolomiti Superski ski area, with the famous Sellaronda, is practically at your doorstep. The 26 m² holiday apartment consists of a living room, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and satellite TV. A baby cot is also available.

La casa Vergissmeinnicht dista 1 Km dal centro di Selva Gardena da raggiungere comodamente con il bus gratuito oppure la passeggiata a piedi in 15 minuti. In estate vicino ai sentieri per escursioni verso Ciampinoi, Monte Pana e Alpe di Siusi. In inverno partendo da casa con gli sci ai piedi si arriva direttamente sulla pista da sci Sasslong B del Ciampinoi collegata con il comprensorio del Sella Ronda. Un cordiale benvenuto a tutti famiglie e anche motociclisti.

Located on the 1st floor, the apartment with rustic materials and cosy atmosphere consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
