Sandown town centre is approx 15 minutes walk and has just about everything you need in the way of shops plus other visitor attractions most notably Dinosaur Isle. Looking up the cliff a pleasant, if bracing, walk will bring you to the top of Culver Down with superb panoramic views of the east side of the island. The Culver Inn pub is also worth a visit

Welcome to Seawinds Chalet, based at Sandown Bay Holiday Centre , set in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Just a short ten minute walk away from the lovely safe sandy beaches of Yaverland. Enjoy beautiful views up towards Culver Down and out across the bay. The nearby town of Sandown with its shops and cafes and restaurants can be reached along the promenade, either a short drive or 35 minute walk passing long stretches of sandy beaches . There are no facilities on site at Sandown Bay.

This snug little one bedroomed accommodation sits up high with views of both Shanklin and Luccombe bays from each side. This property is ideal for walkers or cyclists as it sits just off the coastal path and is also close to the bridle path leading up to the Downs. There is a bus stop at the end of the lane for easy access to the rest of the Island. The accommodation is 15-20 minutes walk to several different beaches and 15 minutes walk to a number of restaurants pubs and eateries.

There are 2 great pubs in easy walking distance and a small group of shops close by. My place is great for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers.
