Von hier gelangt man in die Wohnküche mit Esstisch und Holzscheitofen. Im ersten Obergeschoss befindet sich das Wohnzimmer und im 2. Obergeschoss zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Bad. Vom Elternschlafzimmer geniesst man einen phantastischen Blick über den See und auf den Monte Baldo. Am Morgen ist das Zimmer sonnenüberflutet.
