For your peace of mind, the apartment has a small safe and a smoke/CO alarm installed. The outdoor space includes the pool, dining, BBQ area and lounge chairs. This is a 1100 square foot, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit, on the 4th floor of a 7-floor condominium building. The 7th floor is reserved for your pleasure… an infinity pool, hot tub, and entertainment area with amazing views of the ocean and island. The first floor provides a gym which I believe is rarely used.
