Our gite is a charming stone house tastefully restored with the traditional French Style, in the heart of the countyside, surrounded by woods and field of the Natural Park of Périgord Limousin (30 km from Brantome). This location is perfect for nature lovers : walks, biking, canoeing on the Dronne, swimming in lakes (Saint Estephe, Saint Mathieu ...) river fishing and autumn harvest ceps. We will also give you some information as days of local market and places to visit because there are an abundance of medieval and renaissance villages and hamlets to explore within the region. Our extensive gardens are the perfect place to relax, or if you wish to venture further, there are plenty of walks from the front door. The charming wing includes a master bedroom on the first floor with adjoining pigeonnier for use as study or extra bedroom, while the ground floor comprises a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen, open plan living/dining room and an exercise room.

Welcome to the beauty of our small hamlet called Savanat, in the commune of Abjat sur Bandiat, situated in the Perigord Vert region of the Dordogne. The nearest main town is Nontron with all the large Supermarkets and amenities. The nearest Airport is Limoges, which around an hours drive away and is a RyanAir route. Please be advised that our swimming pool will remain closed during the winter period and will only be open for guest use from the 15th of April 2026 until 20th of October 2026.

Tout en gardant le charme de l'ancien, le gîte Le Cerf est spacieux, chaleureux et très confortable. Cadre idéal pour se ressourcer, cette ancienne grange de 210 m2, pour 12 personnes, possède son jardin indépendant. Ce gîte est équipé d’une grande terrasse privée avec salon de jardin et barbecue et est entouré d'un beau parc arboré, au cœur de la campagne Périgourdine. Aux beaux jours, vous pouvez profiter de sa piscine privée, chauffée de 3,5m x 7m avec ses confortables transats.

Le gîte "La Petite Maison", meublé de tourisme 3 étoiles, où il est bon de passer du temps. Situé en pleine nature, au cœur du Périgord Vert, à seulement 3 min de Brantôme. Vous apprécierez y séjourner pour son confort et sa quiétude, avec sa terrasse exposée Sud-Est, son jacuzzi et son jardin (non clos). À NOTER : Jacuzzi inclus pour toutes locations entre le 1er mai et le 30 septembre. En dehors de cette période le jacuzzi est en supplément, sur demande.

Charmant petit cottage pour 4 personnes, bien équipé dans une nature préservée - comprenant une cuisine/salle à manger niveau cave, salon au rez de chaussée avec 2 canapés + écran et à l'étage 2 chambres doubles et une salle d'eau. Endroit idéal pour se ressourcer...mais si vous ne pouvez pas lâcher votre ordinateur, pas de panique, vous avez accès à la wi-fi! Espace parking devant le gîte et à deux pas, usage de la piscine de sel (9m x 4m) partagée.

Ferme de la Cambrousse : Détendez-vous dans ce gîte charmant au cœur d'une magnifique cour de ferme du Périgord Vert ! Notre famille vit sur place et vous aurez peut-être la possibilité de partager avec nous la vie paysanne, ses récoltes, ses animaux. La ferme est tournée vers la nature et la forêt tout en étant située aux portes du village pour ceux qui voudront se procurer des viennoiseries, aller au restaurant ou boire un café en terrasse.

Ce logement paisible, pouvant accueillir 10 adultes et 6 enfants, offre un séjour détente pour tous ceux qui souhaitent partir en famille ou entre amis: 5 chambres avec pour chacune 1 lit double accompagné d'1 ou de 2 lits de 90. Un grand salon, une salle de jeux pour les enfants, un grand terrain calme et ombragé. Les draps et les serviettes de bain ne sont pas fournis.
