Relax with the whole family or friends at this peaceful place. Surrounded by a beautiful garden large terrace & two balconnies. First floor: Large living / dining room and fully equiped kitchen & toilet wash room. Second floor: Toilet and large Bathroom. 3 double bedrooms, two of which also have single day beds and access to balcony, ideal for familes. The third bedroom is slightly smaller with the double bed that can convert to a day Sofa if needed. All bedrooms have plenty of storage space.

C''est avec plaisir que nous vous accueillerons dans notre petite maison de vacances "O PETIT BONHEUR" située à 2 km du lac et 200m des sentiers de randonnées. Logement de 50m2 en triplex composée d'une cuisine, d'un salon, d'une grande chambre (lit 160cm) lumineuse avec salle de bain/wc. Seconde chambre (2lits de 80cm) disponible au delà de 2 voyageurs. Lit fait à votre arrivée. Jardin clos, terrasse de 100m2 avec transats, grill électrique et SPA PRIVATIF EN FONCTIONNEMENT TOUTE L'ANNEE.

Le chalet de la prairie

le chalet se trouve dans un secteur très calme entouré de bois avec des parcours de promenade dans la forêt à 200 mètres. Nouveau horaire d’arrivée 19h et départ 14h pour plus de souplesse suite à une forte demande 😉 Terrasse extérieur couverte avec canapé et fauteuil pour une bonne détente. Nous sommes à 45 min des premières stations de ski. Notre habitation se trouve à 10mètres donc nous serons vous conseiller et serons très réactifs en cas de problème. Il ne reste plus qu’à réserver 😊..

Within the majestic UNESCO Geopark Massif des Bauges and between the historic spa towns of Annecy, Aix-les-bains and Chambery. A 2 bedroom cottage with private SPA, fully enclosed private garden with direct mountain access from a tranquil, traditional Savoyard hamlet. Everything is included (bedding, towels, firewood, unlimited use of the jacuzzi). 10 min drive to Aillon Margeriaz ski resorts.
