Notre petit havre de paix est également à proximité de Mamers , d’Alençon, et du Perche.

Welcome to Gite Des Roses, set within a 300 year old farmhouse surrounded by the Normandy countryside. Myself, my husband, our dog, cat and 5 free range chickens love it here. One dog allowed per stay. 2 on request. Dogs to be kept on a lead in garden. Our private one bedroom Gite has been fully renovated to a high spec in 2022 and is ideal for couples wanting a relaxing holiday yet only a 5 minutes drive to the nearest town with all amenities. Fishing lakes and 23km cycle path nearby

"Cottage Les Glycines", Javron Les Chapelles

This part of our home is a converted studio with a large bedroom, and has a double bed and a single bed upstairs. We also have a travel cot available. Downstairs you have your own private lounge with a flat screen TV in English and French and a bed settee leading to your own private bathroom. Your accommodation is completely self-contained and is accessible through our large double gates and the studio double doors with your own key. We have recently installed a small kitchenette.

The cottage (once an old barn) has been recently renovated to a high standard. It provides a comfortable lounge/diner with new sofa bed (tempur top mattress) and separate chair. Dining table with 6 comfortable chairs. 2 large double bedrooms with original features, a large bathroom with `L` bath and shower, and a large separate toilet. A recently fitted kitchen is fully equipped. Large outside play area and private terrace with BBQ and dining table and chairs.

Close to the small, but vibrant market town of Lassay Les Chateaux, a visit to the 14th C chateau, and local boulangeries is essential. With the Musee de Cidre on your doorstep, there is plenty to see and do.

Beautiful Converted Bread Oven

Le Vieux Fournil still has the original bread oven opening into the living space in this wonderfully quirky building. The kitchen and bathroom are housed in the original woodstore and pig sty and the bedroom is converted in the hayloft. The house is 2 km’s from the historic town of Lassay-les-Châteaux with its fortified medieval chateau., winding streets and gardens.
