Deze charmante gîte is gelegen te midden van wijngaarden met prachtige vergezichten. Ze werd volledig vernieuwd in het jaar 2023 en voorzien van alle luxe en comfort zodat ze uw vakantie onvergetelijk maakt. Wie houdt van genieten, stilte en mooie natuur is hier aan het juiste adres. Het gebouw is opgedeeld in 2 woonsten gescheiden door een haag met genoeg privacy en ruimte. Ik en mijn vriendin wonen in het andere gebouw maar zijn vaak afwezig wegens werk en tonen alle respect voor u privacy

Vous trouverez une épicerie de village à 10min à pied. Plusieurs chemins de randonnées sont disponibles aux abords du village. Au programme nature, terroir, vignobles, châteaux, canoë, randonnée. A proximité de Ste foy la grande, Duras, Bergerac, Eymet, Monbazillac, Sarlat, St Emilion, et non loin de Bordeaux.

A l abri d un ancien relais de St Jacques datant de 1692, vous serez au cœur d un domaine viticole et arboricole familial de plus de 30 hectares à l abri des regards. Le gîte entièrement rénové est très agréable à vivre, baigné de lumière avec sa terrasse privée surplombant la forêt et les chevaux. En été les murs en pierre assure la fraîcheur et la climatisation vient aider en cas de grosse chaleur. En saison froide, le poêle à bois vous réchauffera, nous pouvons l allumer avant votre arrivée

Petite maison de Bourg, située dans un joli petit village. Si vous aimez être en plein air et faire de la randonnée ou du vélo vous trouverez de quoi vous occuper. Prenez le temps de découvrir notre belle Région animée. À la fois éloignée et assez proche de l'activité des villes, notre maison est à mi-chemin entre Saint-Emilion et Bergerac ( 30 minutes). Il faut compter 1 heure pour rejoindre Bordeaux ou Périgueux en voiture. Le train est accessible à quelques minutes en voiture du logement.
