It is a short walk or taxi ride to both stations, with fast access to London, Watford or Brighton & the south coast. Easily accessible from the M1, M25 & A1M, it is an excellent base for exploring Herts & beyond. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed & the other with bunk beds. There is off street parking for one car.

Little Knoll Barn is a rustic, cosy, self catering accommodation, offering a king size bed, guest robes, slippers, travel cot & hi chair if required. For pets, 2 maximum, we provide a water bowl, dog towel & disposal bags. We are located close to the M1, A1, M25 and Luton Airport. We are also conveniently near Harpenden Train station with fast links into Kings Cross St Pancras and Eurostar. Its location makes it the ideal place to stay close to some local places of interest such as St Albans.

Robin's Nest is a private, self-contained ground floor annexe with it's own gated entrance. There is an ensuite bedroom with King-size bed and hypoallergenic bedding, tea and coffee making facilities, a mini fridge and TV, overhead fan/light plus Wifi access. The bathroom has a large deluxe walk in shower, comfort height WC and wash basin. Easy access by train (15 min walk) into Central London/Luton Airport and a charming High Street only 10 min walk away with cafes, restaurants and shops.
