A rare opportunity to stay in a huge first floor period apartment in one of England's most beautiful cities. Beautifully restored by us and with easy access to the city centre and countryside beyond. Free on-street parking and a space saved for you on request.
Ready
CORONAVIRUS UPDATE: We are open and able to offer the perfect place for social distancing, working from home or just different 4 walls. Rates are reduced and any cancellations are offered free to NHS front line staff. As we offer an entirely private apartment we are still able to offer a beautiful but rather different experience. Whether your holiday was cancelled or you wish to self isolate or work from another location or just sick of the same four walls. We can offer a car to apartment welcome and will greet you personally with a smile not a hand shake. Myself and Daniel clean and maintain the apartment personally to the highest standards and we use antibacterial treatments on all surface, particularly regularly touched areas. We are also laundering linen and towels at a high temperature of 90c. Hand wash is provided as always The apartment has Netflix/Tv and fast broadband suitable working from home or just play. The kitchen has all you need and a supermarket is literally 5 mins walk away. If you decide to venture out on foot, beautiful and quiet countryside and canal walks are just 5 mins away As we speak Bath and attractions and most restaurants and pubs remain open and should be lovely and quiet for once. This may change but the delivery services in Bath will happily bring the best local restaurant to your door. (We have an intercom so can be left at the door)
Loved The King William!

    Loretta2019-09-03T00:00:00Z
  • Gdyby awesome miał superlatyw, to byłoby to miejsce!

Mleko i herbata / kawa były przemyślanym akcentem. Super czysty i nowoczesny. Bezpłatny parking na zewnątrz to bonus. Przyjazne powitanie i łatwe do zorganizowania. Polecam i zatrzymam się ponownie, jeśli w Bath

We self built the Little Trooper in 2017 with the intention of achieving a unique, fun and comfortable oasis hid away up a private road in the middle of the City giving a holiday feel to escape the fast pace of City life. The house has 3 bedrooms that sleeps up to 9 adults and is intended to cater for large families visiting our beautiful city. I think the pictures say it all really and as you will see the house is kitted out with all the extras and luxuries to please everyone.
The area has lots to offer without having to jump into a car. The local newly refurbished pub is just 50m away and has live entertainment most weekends. 100m away is the nature reserve-Troopers Hill, this is well known locally for being one of the best viewpoints of the City. A 10 minute walk will get you to the local high st, here you will find a great selection of pubs, cafes and great restaurants. A 20 Minute walk gets you to an amazing hid away riverside bar Beeses tea gardens, the problem is that its on the opposite side of the river.. however get this.. they operate there own small boat that will pick you up and take you to the bar and then take you back for a fee of 50 pence!! this is a must see if the sun is shinning!!

Our lovely studio flat is situated on the first floor of Rochfort Place, Bathwick Street, a beautiful Georgian Bath town house which dates back to the late 1700s. With the original floor to ceiling windows and wedding doors, it is a truly magnificent studio.
Rochfort Place is just a 10 minute walk to the centre of Bath with its fantastic shopping and restaurants. You can spend time in the many museums, Roman Baths, or relax in the modern thermae hot spa and stroll to the world famous Royal Crescent. It is short 3 minute walk from Great Pultney Street and the Holburne Museum located in the stunning Sydney Gardens with the picturesque Kennett and Avon canal running through it. You can hire bikes, boats - the options are endless. The National Trust Prior Park Gardens are easily accessible. We have the Theatre Royal which has a varied programme and worth seeing what is on during your stay. The terrace which leads directly from the kitchen is a wonderful place to sit and reflect on your stay in Bath. Bath Spa train station is only a 15 minute walk through the city centre which provides hourly trains to London in 90 minutes and regular trains to the City of Bristol in 10 minutes. Modern comforts include a bathroom, a self-catered kitchen, wi-fi, a television and speakers.

    Jonathan2019-08-11T00:00:00Z

Light the log burner in the imposing Georgian fireplace, grab a book, and climb into the plush bed with its William Morris-inspired headboard. This snug studio combines a historic feel with high-end fabrics and a soothing, muted colour palette.
The Little Studio has just had a makeover! We have totally reburbished it with a new feel. There have been a few more additions since the professional photos were taken so some of the shots are mine! The bedroom area has a log burner in the big Georgian fireplace, with a curtain to draw for those cosy nights in .It is equipped to a 5* standard with great attention to detail. Located within a 2 minute walk from Bath Spa train station, it is ideally situated for tourists and business people alike. Central Bath with all its attractions, shops and restaurants are all but a five minute walk from this little gem, you can even take a stroll into Bath along the canal. On the doorstep in the neighbourhood of Widcombe are 2 super gastro pubs "The Ring of Bells" and the "White Hart". ( Famous for their Sunday Lunch ) Also, a small supermarket open 7 days a week until 10pm, a launderette, a pharmacy,a collection of independent shops and a two cafes. Please note that the Little Studio is situated in central Bath and is within easy walking distance to all the sights and joys that Bath has to offer. As with all central locations in any city the benefits include everything on the "doorstep" eg. a late night supermarket plus two highly recommended gastro pubs and a couple of local cafés. The Widcombe Deli, run by Nikki and John, has great food, especially their Breakfasts. You can relax in there with the daily papers and magazines. Latest News, from the BBC 08/03/15. Bath is the Worlds third safest City. Thought I would just post this up. ***The Little Studio has been an Airbnb listing for over four years. I try to provide guests with a super comfortable little space that has everything they need. IMPORTANT: Please be aware that the little studio is small...... it can be booked for monthly stays, BUT as it is tiny unless you are out all day working etc it would not be suitable.
Widcombe is known as one of Bath's artisan neighbourhoods, steeped in local history. The area is very much part of central Bath, but manages to retain a friendly village vibe. Most of the city's sights are within 5 minutes' walk along the canal.

with a spacious kitchen - large open space dining/ social area You are less than a mile from the centre and have the Luxury of private parking which is highly sought after in Bath! This home has recently been decorated and it's the perfect escape in Bath
The house is “hen friendly” only tame hens are welcomed. This house is an original Victorian property that has been recently renovated to a high modern standard. The property is set over three stories and has a large open plan kitchen/ social area as well as a Separate dining area. There is plenty of space for up to seven guests. There is a modern garden that is a wonderful sun trap and of course that off street Parking not a permit where you have to fight for a spot if you can even find one! You have parking for on car but if you have two cars you can block yourself in on the road so can accommodate two cars. There house spans over three stories. The house is really versatile and works for both families and groups of freinds. The property is ideal for families or small groups of friends not fit for stag or hen weekends unless very TAME. The house is in a residential suburb and it's very important to us that we respect the neighbours and the local community, no anti- social or noise pollution will be tolerated. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking with washing machine/ dryer /dishwasher . There is a large dinning table for guests. The kitchen has bi- folding doors leading onto the garden and a lovely seating area for warmer days.
Oldfield park is a busy suburb right on the edge on the city. It's home to moorland road which is full on independent cafes and restaurants as well as lots of shops if you want to stay local. Less than a five minutes there is a local Sainsbury's/ co-op/ threshers. Nail and beauty salons/ barbers/ The velo lounger serves food all throughout the day and cocktails too! The grumpy baker coffee shop As well as a lloyds and NatWest bank Just outside the house a few minutes walk is a large park (sandpits) for children. Perfect for families. We are also next to the two tunnels cycle path which links Bath perfect for cyclists/ walkers and runners Please Ensure this is the right location for you we love it so we are sure you will too but we are not smack bang in the centre just on the outskirts of the city centre as stated under 1mile it's an easy walk and fantastic public transport. parking in Bath is very tricky and expensive so we would advise to park locally

The Shepherds Hut is the ultimate romantic rural retreat for couples who are looking to get away from it all. Idyllically located looking out over the fields that line the River Avon and the beautiful rolling green hills beyond up to Kelston Round Hill– the Shepherds Hut is perfectly cosy and compact, offering a couple (+ 1 well-behaved dog*) all the comforts you would expect from bricks and mortar within a 20ft traditional shepherds hut, including a wood burner and outdoor hot tub!
INTRODUCTION *NOTE: 1 well-behaved dog is welcome at the Shepherds Hut at an additional cost of £30 per dog. Please let us know if you will be bringing a dog and we will then revise your booking confirmation. Set within the owner’s 230-acre arable farm, the five outstanding properties that comprise Avon Farm Estate are decorated to a high standard, and each boasts a large open plan living area (except for the cute and compact Shepherds Hut!) There are goats and chickens on the farm, so if you are up early enough, you can help yourself to some fresh eggs or wander around the stables. Once you have settled into your Avon Farm holiday cottage you can decide what you want to do, probably a mix of relaxing in your comfortable space and testing out the hot tub, enjoying the flora and fauna surrounding the farm and just soaking up the atmosphere. However, if you wish to explore you can walk around the estate and stroll along the Avon River to the local public house on the riverbank, or for the more active, you can hire a bicycle from Clive and Serena (pre-booking required) head down the cycle path, which was once the old train track, to either Bath or Bristol – only 2 minutes from your accommodation, how green is that? Both cities are full of interesting places to visit and activities for all ages! The Shepherds Hut has been designed efficiently to maximise space and provide everything that you will need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The space is bright, airy and modern with a half glass-panel door and plenty of windows. Step up into the beautifully furnished main kitchenette/living area, and you will find your cosy double sleeping compartment at one end and surprisingly spacious shower room at the other. Every part of the hut has been created to maximise storage space, and within the various underbed or overhead cupboards you’ll find all manner of utensils – it’s all there! Guests have access to the 230 acres of land, which includes the River Avon, where you can do a spot of fishing (a licence is required). Take a walk through the farmland and you reach the local pub, which is situated on the bank of the river less than 1 mile away. The farm is also 2 minutes away from the Bristol and Bath cycle track, perfect for cyclists and walkers, and the property is close to Saltford Sailing Club. Surrounded by open countryside, Saltford is also known for its history and has a conservation area, with a restored brass mill (dating to 1720), an old manor house and a church with a Saxon tower. Just 6 miles away is the vibrant heritage city of Bath, which boasts the famous Roman baths, Thermae Bath spa, and the famous Royal Crescent, which is one of Bath’s most iconic landmarks. There are also several National Trust areas nearby, including Dyrham Park and Stourhead House. Hen parties are permitted; however, we ask that Avon Farm rules are respected (see below) and where possible members of the group travel together to avoid extra traffic on the farm lane. Avon Farm rules: respect the 10mph limit around the farm; keep to the 20mph limit on Avon Lane; no outside noise after 11pm; no hot tub use after 10pm; and lastly, please notify the owners if any outside services have been booked (e.g. a chef).   FACILITIES  Sleeps 2 in a double bed sleeping compartment  1 bathroom with walk-in shower, WC and washbasin  Parking  Gravelled immediate outdoor area and grass  Wood burner – 1 bag of logs, fire starter + lighter provided between Oct – April. The Shepherds Hut benefits from some of the loveliest views on the whole estate – what better way to end a day than enjoying a BBQ and drink facing out over the luscious green hills?
Enjoying the Farm and its Facilities One of the biggest benefits about staying on a farm is there’s loads to see and do without even leaving the site, it’s great for families, friends and couples alike! Avon Farm Cottages have secured fishing rights for their stretch of the river, just a short walk from the holiday cottages. Guests are welcome to fish in the river, own equipment and licence required. Bicycles are available to hire from Clive and Serena. Please help yourselves to chicken eggs.  The chickens are beyond the car park through the opening onto the fields Not far from the chickens is a family of goats.  They like being fed vegetables, fruit, even bananas! Walk past the past the goats, follow the path down to the river and take a riverside walk either way along the public foot paths. The horses do not belong to the farm and are looked after by their owners who come daily to see them.  Please do not feed the horses, but they are always happy for a stroke on the nose and a hello. Next to the chickens is the poly tunnel, and when there is fresh produce, you’ll find some in your welcome pack, and can refill this when there is plenty. Feeling green fingered?  The grounds of the farm are always in need to something, so feel free to help us keep the farm looking lovely.  Whether that be a bit of weeding, dead heading, or just advice, we will welcome any help! All around this field are many blackberry bushes, please help yourselves when they are ripe. There are other tenants on the farm that either live with us in the converted barns, or just let a stable and field.  They are all very nice, and always happy to answer any questions! Local amenities Saltford is a vibrant community of more than 4,000 residents situated on the A4 between Keynsham and Bath, alongside the River Avon and the Bath-Bristol cycle-path. Its location makes Saltford the perfect hub for activities in the Avon Valley. The village is surrounded by open countryside, with lanes, riverside walks and lovely views across the Avon Valley. Saltford is widely known for its history, with the ‘old village’ lying within a Conservation Area and including St Mary’s Church (over 1,000 years old with a Saxon tower); Saltford Manor House, a Grade II listed building estimated to date to the Norman era and thought to be the oldest continuously occupied private house in England; and the restored Ancient Brass Mill (1720), which is a gem of industrial heritage. At its heyday, the Brass Mill was at the cutting edge of technological and economic development. Today Saltford is a thriving community of over 200 successful businesses, many run as work-from-home enterprises. Saltford is also known for its wealth of activities and community involvement, all centred on the Saltford Community Association. There is a thriving Saltford Environment Group and Saltford has been awarded Fairtrade Village Status. Saltford Golf Club has hosted the prestigious English Ladies Open Tournament and Saltford Lawn Tennis Club is a friendly, welcoming club where non-members are invited to play. The biennial Saltford Festival in June showcases all that is best about Saltford, including music, dance, poetry, drama, comedy, exhibitions, talks, guided walks, competitions, and, of course, food and drink. • Fantastyczny wypad. Przekroczył wszelkie oczekiwania, a dodatkowe drobne akcenty zostały docenione. Świetna lokalizacja i rowery do kąpieli były wspaniałym dodatkiem.

Gościliśmy wieczór Murder Mystery dla 11-osobowej rodziny i zjedliśmy 3-daniowy posiłek, podczas gdy my odgrywaliśmy scenariusz. Polecamy zakwaterowanie znajomym i rodzinie. Dziękuję Claire i Nick

  • To wspaniały dom na rodzinne spotkanie. Trzy pokolenia z nas właśnie spędziły długi weekend w posiadłości Nicka i Claire, a my nie mogliśmy prosić o więcej.

Jacuzzi i stół bilardowy były doskonałe. Nick, Claire i Laura byli wspaniałymi gospodarzami.

Our large spacious house is situated in the market town of Keynsham, between historic Bath and vibrant Bristol, on a quiet development, where we are offering a double room with en-suite. Just a 20 minute downhill walk (25 to the station) into the town centre with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants, plus lots of access to public transport to visit the neighbouring cities.
The double room includes your own private ensuite, plus plenty of warbrobe space. There is also unlimited access to high speed internet wifi in the room and throughout the house.
Just a 15-20 minutes (ish) walk into the town centre with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants, plus lots of access to public transport to visit the neighbouring cities. Please note Keynsham and Bath are hilly areas - we are up - which is great when you leave us but not when you are walking to us / back from town!
  • Uwielbiałem pobyt tutaj. Prywatna łazienka przymocowana do sypialni zapewnia prywatność.

*** In light of the current situation, we have come to the decision to cancel all short term bookings within the next 12 weeks (until the end of June 2020). We have carefully considered the information and advice that we have been provided with by the government and feel that this is in the best interest of our guests, family and wider community. We are a business that welcomes people from across the country and we feel that we have a responsibility to minimise this for the time being. As a small business, this isn’t a decision that we have made lightly and we are continuing to think of ways that we can keep the business up and running, whilst also minimising any risks to our guests and family at Collins Farm. Guests will be able to check in to The Dovecote without any contact with ourselves, although we are always at the end of the phone should you need us. We apologise for any inconvenience that this causes*** Look out onto open fields from the main bedroom, while French doors lead to a private patio. Meadow View is a 2-storey, chalet-style cottage located between two farm buildings, featuring an open-plan kitchen-living-dining area, with a free-standing log burner and private garden with a 4-seater hot tub and stunning views across the Avon Valley. The property sleeps 4 across one king-size bedroom and one twin bedroom, while 2 additional guests can be comfortably accommodated on the Living Room sofa bed. Meadow View has a family shower room, and a downstairs cloakroom and is *dog friendly.
(*Dogs: Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome at Meadow View at an additional cost of £30 per dog. Please let us know if you will be bringing a dog(s) and we will then revise your booking confirmation.) Introduction Set within the owner’s 230-acre arable farm, Meadow View is one of five outstanding properties that comprise Avon Farm Estate Holiday Cottages, all decorated to a very high standard and each with its own hot tub positioned in a private patio or garden. There are goats and chickens on the farm, so if you are up early enough, you can help yourself to some fresh eggs or wander around the stables! Avon Farm Cottages can be booked separately or all together to accommodate larger groups and families, hen parties are also welcome – please see below for more information. Meadow View is a cleverly converted, wood-clad barn building, with spectacular views of the Avon Valley, which can be enjoyed from the perfectly positioned hot tub. A large and fully equipped kitchen greets guests as they step through the front door, extending through to a Dining Area, with comfortable seating for six, and a spacious Living Area with an impressive free-standing log burner. Head up the contemporary staircase to a spacious king-size bedroom and twin bedroom. A downstairs cloakroom complements the living area, while upstairs is a family bathroom with a walk-in shower, WC and washbasin. Once you have settled into Meadow View you can decide what you want to do, probably a mix of relaxing in your comfortable space and testing out the hot tub, enjoying the flora and fauna surrounding the farm and just soaking up the atmosphere. However, if you wish to explore you can walk around the estate and stroll along the Avon River to the local pub on the riverbank. Or for the more active, you can hire a bicycle from Clive and Serena (pre-booking required) head down the cycle path, which was once the old train track, to either Bath or Bristol – only 2 minutes from your accommodation. Both cities are full of interesting places to visit and activities for all ages! (See the ‘Bristol & Bath Guidebook’ at the end of the Welcome Guide.) Guests have access to the 230 acres of land, which includes access to the River Avon, where you can do a spot of fishing (a personal licence is required). Take a walk through the farmland and you reach the local pub, which is situated on the bank of the river less than 1 mile away. The farm is also two minutes away from the Bristol and Bath cycle track, perfect for cyclists and walkers. The property is also close to Saltford Sailing Club and Saltford Golf Club. Surrounded by open countryside, the village of Saltford is also known for its history and has a conservation area, with a restored brass mill (dating to 1720), a Norman manor house and a church with a Saxon tower. Just 6 miles away is the vibrant heritage city of Bath, which boasts the famous Roman baths, Thermae Bath spa, and the famous Royal Crescent, one of Bath’s most iconic landmarks. There are also several National Trust areas nearby, including Dyrham Park and Stourhead House. Hen parties are permitted; however, we ask that Avon Farm rules are respected (see below) and where possible members of the group travel together to avoid extra traffic on the farm lane. Avon Farm rules: respect the 10mph limit around the farm; keep to the 20mph limit on Avon Lane; no outside noise after 10pm; no hot tub use after 10pm; and lastly, please notify the owners if any outside services have been booked (e.g. a chef or supermarket delivery). Enjoying the Farm and its Facilities One of the biggest benefits about staying on a farm is there’s loads to see and do without even leaving the site, it’s great for families, friends and couples alike! Avon Farm Estate has fishing rights for their stretch of the river, just a short walk from the holiday cottages. Guests are welcome to fish in the river, own equipment and license required. Bicycles are available to hire from Clive and Serena. Please help yourselves to chicken eggs. The chickens are beyond the car park through the opening onto the fields. Not far from the chickens is a family of goats. They like being fed vegetables, fruit, even bananas! Walk past the goats, follow the path down to the river and take a riverside walk either way along the public foot paths. There are some tenants on the farm who either live on-site in the converted barns, or who just let a stable and field. They are all very nice, and always happy to answer any questions. • Cudowny weekend z dziewczynami. 20 minut do kąpieli. Taksówka kosztuje tylko 30 £ za 6 z nas. Również kilka lokalnych pubów. Tesco za rogiem. Miły mały ogródek Bezpieczna okolica Łatwe zameldowanie i wymeldowanie

The area is rich in big outdoor spaces within easy reach, the nearest being a 5 minute walk. There's Trooper’s Hill Nature Reserve, and the path along the river that leads to the Eastwood Farm Nature Reserve, and of course Beese’s Riverside Bar.

You will have a stay in a beautiful contemporary en-suite top floor bedroom in a modern townhouse. Feel free to help yourself to tea and coffee. We do only have dairy-free milk, however. You are also free to help yourself to some cereal and toast in the morning. Our house is in Kingswood and has good links to the city centre with a bus stop just around the corner that takes you to the harbourside.
The house is on a quiet private road with a residents parking space that I can make available if you need it.

Our en-suite attic room is perfect for couples or single travellers who want to be close to Bath City Centre. The room is very light with lots of windows and views over the local area, with lovely Victorian terraces. The city centre is a 20 minute walk or a short bus journey away.
Our house is in the Oldfield Park area of Bath. There is a bustling row of local shops 2 minutes away with bars, cafes and plenty of local shops.

  • James i Beth byli wspaniałymi gospodarzami. Byli w stanie zaspokoić nasz wczesny czas przyjazdu. Chciałbym zostać z Jamesem i Beth ponownie, jeśli będę w Bath w przyszłości. Dziękuję bardzo!
