Perfect for a family gathering or large group getaway or celebration. With a roaring fire in the winter for cosy family and friend gatherings and a large garden for the Summer. The house is large and spacious with character oak beams and flag stone floors. The house is located 2 miles away from the very pretty Staffordshire village of Harlaston, which has a lovely quaint cosy pub serving home cooked food a post office and church. The historic village of Tamworth is only 5 miles away About this home Luxuriously appointed 5 large bedroom house, 3 bathrooms with 1 separate toilet. Large kitchen, beautiful dining room with original cheese press, spacious living room with SKY TV, large drawing room with pool table, cosy snug, Cellar games / play room and 5 large bedrooms. Parking is available for up to 8 vehicles. Large dining room can accommodate up to 16, entertainment Alexa and Dots all round the house, Record Player + Vinyl collection + CD Player and extensive collection of CD’s and DVD’s. WE ASK THAT YOU PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE TO NEIGHBOURS AND OBSERVE A CURFEW OF 11.00 OUTSIDE THE PROPERTY. EXCESSIVE OUTSIDE NOISE IS NOT PERMITTED Guests are asked to contact the owner one week prior to their date of arrival in order to make final arrangements for their time of arrival and access to the property. Normal time in is 4.00pm and time out is 11.00am but may be modified by agreement with the owner. Guests are expected to leave the property in the same clean and tidy condition as it was on arrival. Cleaning tools and materials are provided, but if you need more please ask. All utensils and crockery should be washed up and put away in the correct location, CD’s toys, games and books put away. The Farm House should be cleaned throughout and all furniture put back in the correct place. Bins and recycling dealt with appropriately. If unable to be there at the time of arrival the owner will contact the guest to make arrangements and give other contacts. It is important that guests provide adequate details to enable the owner to make contact and respond to email and phone messages. PLEASE NOTE: The basic price is for up to 12 people using the permanent beds and we charge £50 per person per night on top for extra people up to 8. The sleeping arrangements can be altered to accommodate different requirements or extra people if agreed in advance with the host. The HOT TUB is available at an additional cost of £150. Please notify the owner a week in advance if required.

On Business This is an excellent location for accessing motorway networks. 5 miles from the M42. 4 miles from Tamworth train station with trains direct to Birmingham 15 minutes and London just over an hour. Birmingham airport is 25 miles away and Nottingham East Midlands is 20 miles away. The Farm House is within a small complex with a number of barns. Excessive /nuisance noise outside the house is unacceptable but within the house is fine.

Komunikacja była bardzo dobra przed wizytą i Sat Nav zabrał mnie tam prosto, a gospodarze byli bardzo gościnni, wiedząc, że spóźnię się pierwszej nocy. Pokój jest na górze domu, więc niektóre schody wymagają wspinaczki, ale gospodarze byli bardziej niż chętni do pomocy z każdym bagażem. Pokój jest bardzo schludny i reprezentacyjny z podwójnym łóżkiem, stołem i lampą, lustrem i wygodnym krzesłem oraz wieloma gniazdkami elektrycznymi. . Jest ensuite z wanną i prysznicem, toaletą i umywalką wszystkie były bardzo czyste i uporządkowane. Zasłona prysznicowa spełnia swoje zadanie, ale nieco skrzypce Rodzina była bardzo przyjazna i zrelaksowana, pozwalając na korzystanie z naczyń i korzystania z lodówki w kuchni i korzystania z jadalni. House is ideally located for Centrum 100, St Georges Park, and Burton Hospital There are bus stops on the road outside the property for access into the town centre. The railway station is approx 30 mins walk or a 7 min drive from the property long term let would be considered for this room. please contact me to discuss.
    The bedroom is a spacious room with a single bed. (With room for a double if required). There is storage space for clothes and a small desk if required. There is free wifi. Password to be supplied if the a booking is confirmed. The kitchen is fully furnished with all the items you would expect to find in the kitchen. Guest can cook or grab take aways There is a washing machine but guest supply any washing tablets. The bathroom is shared but guest can soak in a corner bath or have a shower if required. Towels are supplied. Guest can use the dinning room to eat all meals and if the host is not at home can use the living room to watch TV. (Check with the host) The heating is controled via Hive and the host has the thermastat set at a constant temperature. If the house is cold please mention this to the host and the heating will be set accordingly
    The property is located in a safe and quiet area of Burton. Approx 2 miles from St Georges Park and Centrum 100. There are local shops and pubs and eateries within walking and driving distance.

    Located centrally in the National Forest we are in a quiet and peaceful semi-rural position, on the edge of the Staffordshire, Derbyshire border, yet close to town. This is an ideal spot to explore the Derbyshire peaks, or for visiting any of Staffordshire's major tourist attractions (such as Alton Towers, the National Memorial Arboretum, and St Georges Park), and is ideal for ramblers, business travellers, and holidaymakers alike, however, connectivity could be difficult without own transport.
    We are a retired couple who offer a newly-furbished double room overlooking green space. The main bedroom price per night is for 1 or 2 person, with an extra £10 for each individual using the sofa bed. In addition you will be able to enjoy a PRIVATE bathroom, and sitting room, on the ground floor, with patio access to a secluded rear garden with water feature and decking for al fresco dining in summer. The sitting room has a bed settee which may be used for an additional 1 or 2 guests at £10 per person per night. This living room space is only available to guests renting the main bedroom, and has a TV/DVD. It also has a microwave and toaster, and a small fridge, and cutlery along with crockery to enable guests to prepare simple evening meals for themselves. The listing is for one guest, or two, sharing the double bedroom. In the event that a guest would be uncomfortable sharing the double bed, the sitting room sofa bed is available, at an extra £10. However, the sofa bed is more suitable for younger people. Tea and Coffee is available if required.
    Our semi-rural location means that we overlook countryside and yet are only a 20 minute walk into the centre of town. We are a stone's throw away from the river Trent which has beautiful riverside walks and countryside walks are also right on our doorstep. Canal walks and forestry centres and reservoir lakes are close by as is the National Memorial Arboretum. Day trips out are quite manageable to the Peak District National Park and also the Cotswolds.

  • Cóż, potrzebowaliśmy miejsca na nocleg, ponieważ musiałem być w Nottingham rano. Mieliśmy zarezerwowane miejsce w Nottingham na 2 noce. Po pierwszej nocy dotarliśmy na prawie 2 nad ranem, więc nie miałem wyboru, ale pozostać tam. Miejsce było strasznie brudne i niehigieniczne (najgorsze jakie widziałem i na całym świecie korzystałem z airbnb). Więc od razu rano wracam, szukając nowego miejsca i opuszczając inne miejsce, w którym zarezerwowaliśmy kolejną noc. 35 mil w burton było pięknie wyglądające miejsce i opinie mówiły same za siebie, więc zarezerwowałem od razu. To doprowadziło nas do jednego z najgorszych i najbrudniejszych aeroplaków, jakich doświadczyłem szczerze mówiąc JEDNA Z NAJLEPSZYCH !!! Dave i Sue powitali nas od razu z najgorętszymi powitaniami. Przestrzeń i udogodnienia, które masz, są doskonałe. Nawet własny salon, a także pokój i nieskazitelna prywatna łazienka. Za te pieniądze nigdzie się nie polepszysz. Łóżko było wygodne i są po prostu autentyczne, przyjazne gościnni ludzie. Czatuj, rezerwuj z nimi, dziel się historiami (są dobrze podróżowani), tylko prawdziwi mili ludzie. Możesz powiedzieć, dlaczego są superhostami. Naprawdę mam nadzieję, że nie jest to pierwszy raz, gdy zatrzymam się tam, kiedy jestem ponownie w okolicy. Najlepsze z najlepszych !!!!     Detached house, garden, patio, conservatory, sitting room, dining room and kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms to rent with single beds shared family bathroom, toilet downstairs. I live in so am on hand if needed. Central to shops national trust walks restaurants skiing and cinema. Ample parking but due to work commitments may need discussions on this. A great place to chill in the sun trap garden which is well maintained and also 4 mile commute to M1 or Burton. My dogs are human friendly too.
    The house is an unusual design for a fairly new home and is the only one of its type on the estate called the corner house by locals, the inside also reflects this with some interesting features which create interesting conversations. There are plenty of rooms to use and privacy is always respected and the desire to socialize too. I work so am often absent but all rooms are available except the other bedrooms of course. Make the space your own and enjoy the lovely facilities that the area has to offer.
    Most people work so it's quite during the day full coverage security cameras are in operation.

    As owners of a commercial cleaning business, we have been able to supply staff with the chemicals and professional guidance to disinfect the property after each stay. Staff are using an excellent anti-viral disinfectant for all touch points and hard surfaces, along with another anti-viral treatment in a professional machine used on carpets and upholstery. An exceptional standard of fittings and finish in this converted listed mill on the outskirts of Burton on Trent. PLEASE NOTE THE APARTMENT HAS LOW ORIGINAL BEAMS AND ENTRANCE DUE TO THE BUILDING BEING SEVERAL HUNDRED YEARS OLD SO PLEASE MIND YOUR HEAD :) Great access to the A38, M1 and M6. Beautiful river views from the apartment windows, access to the private gardens on the Trent river, a secure, gated residence, private parking, countryside, a local pub and shops within walking distance, all make this stunning apartment the perfect space for a trip for business or pleasure. Access to the apartment is through the communal stairway (no lift available). There is a spacious modern bathroom with heated floor, heated towel rail, toilet, sink and large double shower. Towels, bath mat, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are all provided. The double bedroom has large wardrobes with full length mirrors and a view of the river from the bedroom window. It is also equipped with black out blinds for a great nights sleep. The apartment has all the amenities you would expect such as a hair drier, iron, ironing board, drying rack and washer drier machine available to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washer dryer, oven, ceramic hob, extractor hood and a good size fridge and freezer. The dining space accommodates four people and is also convenient for work use. There is a very comfortable John Lewis sofa bed in the lounge which has a proper double sleep space and excellent reviews for sleep comfort and our previous guests. There is also free WiFi and a large flat screen TV with access to Netflix.
    Only a mile from Burton in Trent town centre, 2 miles from Newton Solney, 4 miles from Repton and a 20 minute drive to Derby. Birmingham City Centre is around 45 minute drive away or 30 minutes in the train from Burton on Trent.

Netherseal is within The National Forest which allows access to numerous interesting country walks. There are also many attractions close some of them being Calke Abbey, The National Forest, Staunton Harold and Moira Furnace. We provide a welcome pack with fresh bread, milk, juice, cereal selection, eggs and preserves.
    The Coach House is part of an old premises built in the 1800’s. It has recently been renovated keeping many of it’s original features. It is attached to our cottage but has its own private access.The Coach house is set within a large garden area both where we have a vegetable plot, chickens and a flower garden . Netherseal is a small village community with a church, village hall, public house” The Seal”, shop, post office and sports club all close to many amenities in neighbouring villages.
    Netherseal is the southernmost village in Derbyshire which allows for easy access to Staffordshire, Warwickshire and Leicestershire. It is close to the M42 and A444 again making it easy to reach places such as th NIA. and NEC. in Birmingham. The picturesque village is part of a conservation area and has many listed buildings. The grave of Sir Nigel Gresley can be found in St Peters Church cemetry. Nigel Gresley lived for many years in the village. He was an engineer who designed the locomotive, The Mallard. The Mallard set the world speed record when it achieved 126 mph for a few seconds in 1938. Netherseal resides amongst the area of The National Forest and The National Forest Way can be accessed fom the village itself.

    In the village of Overseal, Heart of the National Forest, our semi has a new kitchen, bathroom & flooring in the living room. We are a 5 minute walk from 'Conkers' in the village of Moira and we are actually on The National Forest way--it runs straight down our road . I provide bread for toast and cereal, tea and coffee & orange juice. Let me know if you have any dietary requirements and I will try to accomodate you. I do not provide cooked breakfasts but you are welcome to cook yourself.
    You have a king sized bed in a bedroom upstairs. 2 people will comfortably fit in our room with room to move around. There are 2 chairs, a chest of drawers a long mirror and a hanging rail in the room. It is possible to fit in a fold down bed for a child or additional adult as we have fold down single z beds. Please note we only have a family bathroom which we all share.
    Overseal is a small village with friendly people. Ideal for walkers with ease of access to many walks in the National forest. We frequent a friendly pub 'The Railway' in Moira and there is a good pub 'The Robin Hood' in Overseal. There a a lovely eating pub--'The Cricketts' on the A444 minutes form our village. It is a short walk to 'Conkers' the heart of the National forest. We are minutes from the M(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) and A50 with easy links to Birmingham and Nottingham. Moira, Ashby de La Zouch, Swadlincote and Burton upon Trent are our local towns.

Not only do we have fantastic walking trails in The National Forest on our doorstop, we are also only a few miles from Conkers, Calke Abbey, The Ski Centre with open air slopes, Foremark Reservoir, numerous Golf Clubs, Sharps pottery museum, 3 local garden centres and the Forestry Centre. Alton Towers, Drayton Manner (inc Thomas Land), and Twycross Zoo are also in close proximity. The neighbourhood is quiet yet has great access to the M1, M42, A38 and East Midlands Airport. We are also conveniently located within 5 minutes from many big firms who base themselves in central England making our home great for professionals who occasionally work from here. We are happy to accept certain pets so please drop me a message beforehand, however we kindly ask they remain downstairs. One of the best things is that we have Dogs Play only 2 miles away where you can drop your pets off to have a fun filled day. James spotkał się z nami w dniu przyjazdu i oprowadził nas po okolicy, to był piękny dom !! Bardzo czyste, bardzo schludne, cała łazienka i prysznice były bez skazy! Salon był bardzo przestronny, a wszystkie sypialnie były ogromne, więcej niż wystarczająco miejsca! Kuchnia była pełna wszystkiego, co potrzebne do gotowania posiłków przez 2 tygodnie, z pięknym stołem do siedzenia po pracy i jedzenia. Z przodu iz tyłu domu było dużo miejsc parkingowych dla 3 samochodów dostawczych! Ale szczerze mówiąc James sprawił, że było to najprzyjemniejsze 2 tygodnie. Był bardzo przyjazny, wszyscy często siedzieli razem przy stole i jedzeniu, oglądali telewizję i rozmawiali godzinami po pracy. Ostatniej nocy James zaproponował, że zabierze nas wszystkich do miejscowych Indian i wszyscy świetnie się bawiliśmy, zatrzymując się w lokalnym pubie w drodze do domu. Nie mam wątpliwości, że zatrzymamy się tu ponownie i zaprzyjaźniliśmy się z Jamesem. To była przyjemność gościć go! James, do zobaczenia wkrótce !!

The property in with in easy reach of neighbouring towns of Lichfield Tamworth and Burton upon Trent.
    The property is within a very small complex of converted barns along with the main farmhouse which dates back to the early mid 1600s. This particular barn was used as a dairy when the farm was fully functioning. The property was converted into a dwelling some years ago but has been fully renovated in the last 6 months. It is an idyllic setting and offers a great country get away.

    A listed Malthouse with it's own gated carpark, the Malthouse is a listed building dating back to the 18th century and is a major part of Burton's history. It retains its bare brick walls and high ceilings and our particular apartment still has the high wooden shutters that would have closed off the loading bay where some of the malt would have come in or been loaded on to wagons. A very quiet block of apartments were our guests feel nice and secure with all the coded entrances.
    Although only a one bedroomed apartment, Number 25 is very spacious with its high ceilings and tall windows which let in he light. Expect to feel cocooned in the peacefulness of the whole building. We have made it our mission to retain the industrial feel of the place by using up cycled furniture such as cable drums, tin trunks and hand painted furniture. Cosy throughout with lots of throws and cushions for you to relax and extra pillows for your comfort. Our towels are white and fluffy and our linens are hotel quality and beautifully white. We add many extras to our apartments such as bathroom products, biscuits and coffee and tea. In the fridge you will alway find a bottle of prosecco and water and milk.
    This is the heart of Burton with its many and varied restaurants and pubs, along with a cinema just a few minutes walk way, a bingo club and a gym. Previous guesst often leave suggestions in our visitors book and by leaflet to let you know the best places to visit. But we are on the doorstep of theme parks, places of historical interest, the river and the National Arboretum, and last but not least, the Brewery Museum.

    Welcome to my gorgeous Stapenhill Duplex apartment available to single discerning non smokers on short terms. Extremely clean, quiet and comfy for professional visitors to Burton on Trent. Please do NOT book on behalf of others as it makes a nonsense of my stated preferences. It forces hosts to leave reviews on Profiles of people who never actually stayed, & bypasses all required Security Protocols which as a single woman l prefer to be in place.
    I live in the duplex, occupying the main double bedroom. The duplex is Non-smoking throughout. It's quiet to work on your laptop or simply relax in clean, warm surroundings. There's a single comfy bed in spare room, ideal for single Business guests. I'm LGBT & Vegan friendly. I have serious borderline OCD cleanliness issues, so guests MUST be non smoking with great personal hygiene for me to be happy to have them in my home. There are 4 pubs within walking distance and various fast food outlets, which l never use as I don't eat junk food, but you feel free so long as you keep it out of bedrooms. Food can be heated up in the small kitchen. Children, smokers & pets are definitely not allowed.
    Heathlands Grange is a really attractive and quiet area with great transport links and access to nearby parks and the town centre. There are 4 pubs in walking distance. People in Burton are very approachable and happy to help with information on anything, and there's even a small Community Help Centre down the road on Short Street, along with a Laundrette, corner shop, cash point and off licence.

    You can choose whether you require twin beds or a double bed in the bedroom, There is also a small double sofa bed in the living room. In the kitchen you will find everything you will need to make your stay comfortable and You can sit and relax while watching a movie or surf the net on our unlimited broadband. All linen and towels are also provided for your benefit.
    The house is in a quiet family cul-de-sac and on a main bus route should you need to get around, The town centre is also a short distance away. The property is within easy access for commuting just take the A38 which will take you to Derby City Centre within 20 minutes , Sheffield 45 minutes , Tamworth 30 minutes or Birmingham 45 minutes ! We are also very close the National Forest were you can enjoy a number of attractions such as Twycross Zoo, Drayton Manor Theme Park, Conkers or even stay closer by and enjoy the town brewery industry at the Bass Mueseum or visit some of Burtons many Pubs :)

    The cottage is attached to our house, but is completely self-contained. There is a patio area to the rear for your sole use and the garden is a very safe place for children. Two designated footpaths over open countryside are literally outside your front door. We are approximately one mile from Conkers - The National Forest Discovery Centre.
    We are within walking distance of The National Forest attraction Conkers, plus a pub, post office and two local shops.

    Detached house, garden, patio, conservatory, sitting room, dining room and kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms to rent with single beds shared family bathroom, toilet downstairs. I live in so am on hand if needed. Central to shops national trust walks restaurants skiing and cinema. Ample parking but due to work commitments may need discussions on this. A great place to chill in the sun trap garden which is well maintained and also 4 mile commute to M1 or Burton. My dogs are human friendly too.
    The house is an unusual design for a fairly new home and is the only one of its type on the estate called the corner house by locals, the inside also reflects this with some interesting features which create interesting conversations. There are plenty of rooms to use and privacy is always respected and the desire to socialize too. I work so am often absent but all rooms are available except the other bedrooms of course. Make the space your own and enjoy the lovely facilities that the area has to offer.
    Most people work so it's quite during the day full coverage security cameras are in operation.

    As owners of a commercial cleaning business, we have been able to supply staff with the chemicals and professional guidance to disinfect the property after each stay. Staff are using an excellent anti-viral disinfectant for all touch points and hard surfaces, along with another anti-viral treatment in a professional machine used on carpets and upholstery. An exceptional standard of fittings and finish in this converted listed mill on the outskirts of Burton on Trent. Great access to the A50, A38, M1, M42 and M6. Beautiful river views from the apartment windows, access to the private gardens on the Trent river, a secure, gated residence, private parking, countryside, a local pub and shops within walking distance, all make this stunning apartment the perfect space for a trip for business or pleasure.     The Burton Flour Mills is situated in a pleasant suburban part of Burton on Trent, but access to the town is highly convenient and only one mile away. A small Co-Op open late is only a ten minute walk up the hill. The nearest pub is called The Sump and is only a matter of yards from the entrance to the mills. Turning left out of the gate provides quick access to nearby villages including Repton (with several excellent modern gastro pubs), Newton Solney and Willington (with the excellent Mercia Marina ). This is also the best route to Derby which is only around 20 minutes drive. It's also around 20 minutes by car to Lichfield southbound on the A38, or around 50 minutes to Birmingham city centre. Birmingham and East Midlands airports are also only 50 and 30 minutes away respectively. Nearby attractions include the Peak District, Alton Towers, Drayton Manor, Twycross Zoo, Repton School, National Brewery Centre, National Forest (Conkers and Rosliston Forestry Centre.)

    My place is close to Moira Furnace and Canal, The National Forest, Conkers Discovery Centre, Walking Trails, Hicks Lodge Cycle Hire, Tamworth Snowdome, Donnington Racetrack and The National Exhibition Centre. My place is good for couples, business travellers, and families.
    My lodge is situated at Shortheath Water in The Heart of the National Forest. There is an abundance of walks on the doorstep with footpaths starting within 50m of the property. We are 3 milers from the historical market town of Ashby-de-la-Zouch. On site there is a 24 peg coarse fishing lake and Lakeside Bistro which serves breakfasts, homemade lunches, afternoon teas Tuesday to Sunday, Friday and Saturday evening meals and Traditional Roast Sunday lunch.     Our lodge is situated on a private family owned sited. There is a fishing lake and a bistro onsite which serves breakfasts, lunches, afternoon teas and evening meals on Fridays and Saturdays. It is open everyday except Monday. In Moira village there are many trails and walks in The heart of the National Forest. There is a small Co-op supermarket 2 minutes from the lodge and the towns of Swadlincote and Ashby-de-la-Zouch (3 mile away) have larger stores and attractions.
