The house is situated in the lovely & quiet residential area of Elmfield in Ryde, only 2 km from City Centre & 1.5 km from the white sandy beach at Appley. Gull House is situated 5 minutes walk away from the sandy beach at Seagrove Bay & 15 minutes walk to the sailing village of Seaview. The secluded Priory Bay beach and woodland is just also nearby. Gull House is newly renovated to a high standard & is laid out over three floors. Four double bedrooms and bathrooms as well as two TV rooms make this house perfect for two families sharing. The large back garden includes a BBQ, outside heaters and a decked area for dining al fresco.

We are a short walk(10-15mins)from passenger ferry, hovercraft and beach and town centre which has plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants.
