Our guests enjoy privacy of our bunkhouse. Living rm/shower/toilet and lav are downstairs. One twin bed and a futon in 'standing room' loft. Queen bed in private bedroom. WIFY and Roku/Hulu. Breakfast fixings: coffee, tea, cereal bars, instant oatmeal, waffle/muffin mix. Microwave, toaster oven, ele. hot plate for cooking. Dorm size refrig/freezer. Several great local restaurants. 4 museums. Pet friendly! $10 for each additional adult, after 2. Approx 6 miles from Cuero and 25 from Victoria.

Welcome to our 1905 home in downtown Victoria. Enjoy a king master bedroom and two queen bedrooms, all with very comfortable mattresses. Relax in the spacious living room, play board games in the game room. The balcony is off the master bedroom, with street views is perfect for nighttime conversations and hangouts. Your stay supports the preservation of this historic 1905 Victorian home and contributes to the local community. The house has new siding, windows and insulation done in 2025

Hummingbird House at BQ5 Ranch

This wee cottage was built in 1877, and was a stand-alone kitchen in her former life. Front porch was enclosed to give more interior space, and she's been fully insulated, has new working windows, french doors, and an expanded back porch. Efficiency kitchen, with hot plate, fridge/freezer, full-sized microwave. An outdoor smoker/grill and fire pit are just off the porch for outdoor cooking. Native planted gardens wrap around this cottage making it a hummingbird and butterfly haven!

Upon entering you will notice the rustic style flooring and decor while adding in a touch of industrial vibe. The Countryside Studio will tempt you to turn your weekend getaway into a long term stay.

The Loft - Monte Vista

Our garage loft is a renovated and refurnished 900sf apartment. Clean, simple spaces and furnishings make for a relaxing getaway. We are in the Monte Vista Historic District, a 1-mile square walkable neighborhood 3 miles north of downtown and a 1.5 miles from the Pearl District. Our main house is a 1914 Prairie Style residence sheltered by the largest oak tree in San Antonio. We are happy to share our back yard, pool pavilion, and pool during our guests' stays.

Cabin by the Pond

Quaint, rustic cabin situated on a scenic pond, surrounded by oak trees, describes our farm getaway. Serenity and relaxation are key here. Whether you’re observing our working cattle pens, catching fish or enjoying your morning cup of coffee on the covered deck, you will thoroughly enjoy your stay here. Enjoy the nighttime sky and countryside in our quiet apartment. Ping pong table and pool basketball. Pictures are Starlink launch from July of ‘23 right from the pool. ~Goliad Market Days 2nd Saturday each month. Visit The Historic Goliad Forts. Ask about horse riding lesson down the road. Bring your kayak for the Goliad Paddling Trail, take a walk in solitiude down the road to the dry creek. 13 Minutes to Yorktown/18 minutes to Goliad.
