Our studio apartment 2+1 is located on the 2nd floor of our family house and provides a free parking. It consists of a big bright room with a king size bed,an additional bed, a full equipped kitchen with dinning-space, a private bathroom and a beautiful balcony which overlooks the roofs of Rovinj and has an amazing sea-view. The apartment has free WiFi, TV and AC. Our house is in a safe neighbourhood, the city centre is a 5min walk and you reach the nearest beach on foot in 10min or 3min by car.

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

NEW! The newly renovated apartment is in nature a small house with a beautiful large terrace, just ten minutes walk to the city center. The house is an excellent accommodation for families with children. It consists of two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom. One bedroom has a large double bed, and view of the Old town of Rovinj and the other smaller room has two single beds. If there are more people, they can be accommodated in a sofa bed in the living room.
