The Shug Shack is a Illinois Central Railroad section house built in 1905. Loving restored to capture the feel of an old railroad depot it is on an ACTIVE P&L railroad route, very close to house PLEASE BE AWARE! Many of the original features and materials have been reused while being updated with modern upscale amenities. Well-stocked kitchen & gas fireplace. Has one master bedroom & one bath with two oversize leather chairs that make twin beds. Cozy with lots of charm, it feels like home!

The Lake House at Rough River

Bring the whole family to this Lake front property with lots of room for fun! Enjoy the lake and swimming just steps from the screened in deck! Divided on three levels are 4 spacious bedrooms, 2.5 baths, open concept kitchen and living, 2 living areas, and 3 decks to enjoy! There are two sets of stairs inside the home and various sets outside the home. Please keep this in mind when booking! Rough River Lake is a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers waterway. The water level fluctuates with the season.

Cricket's Landing

This house provides a spacious area for relaxation and fun! There is a beautiful view of Rough River Lake from the very large back deck. There is also a small upper deck that connects to the upstairs bedroom. The upper level of the house consists of two bedrooms (one a queen bed and the other a bunkbed) and a large bathroom. The lower level has three bedrooms (one queen and two full beds), the dining room, kitchen, living room, and bathroom/laundry room. Plenty of room for family and friends!

Enjoy the sunrise on the covered front porch, and sunset on the covered back patio with a view of the lake. Equipped to sleep 11 people comfortably, ample parking space for cars and all of your toys. Two driveway entry points, electric car charger outlet. Less than a mile from the public boat ramp! We allow pets but must be authorized.

You will enjoy plenty of space to sleep 10+ in this 3 bedroom and 2 full bath home. The Primary suite offers a King bed and private bath with walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed while the 3rd bedroom offers a queen bed and twin daybed with a twin trundle underneath. A full size air mattress or pack in play is available upon request (if needed). A 2nd full bath is centrally located next to the open kitchen and living area. LOCATED 2 MILES FROM NICKS AND STATE PARK/RAMP.
