Cozy Studio in North Montmartre

Located on the edge of Montmartre 1km from the Sacré-Coeur, this studio has everything you need for an affordable stay! It is only 14m2, which is common in Paris, but it is very small. I don't recommend that two people stay for long, but it does sleep two. It is very livable for one person: I lived there myself for 2.5 years including the pandemic, then a student rented it for 3 years. Another disclaimer is that it doesn't get a lot of natural light, but it stays cool in summer ;)

One block from the Boulogne countryside, you may walk 5 minutes to the Jardin d'acclimatation (amusement park) as the Louis Vuitton foundation. The neighborhood is made of nice restaurants, organic foodstore and the flat is 2mn walkint to the metro tube Pont de Neuilly, 5 stops to the Champs Elysées.

Très clair et ensoleillé, exposé coucher de soleil, calme. Proche de tous commerces. A 5 minutes du métro Rhin et Danube (ligne 10) et des bus 72, qui mènent jusqu'à Hotel de Ville et du 52 qui va jusqu'à Opéra, en passant par Trocadéro. Egalement proche de la Seine Musicale et Roland Garros.
