Beautiful completely renovated apartment on the first floor of family house situated on the beach front, surrounded by pines and overlooking the coast and the bay. The place consists of two bedrooms, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, living & dining room. It’s an extremely bright and specious 4 star apartment for real hedonists. Everything is only few minutes away: beaches, centre, sport centre, ambulance, post office, bank, bars, restaurants etc. You can enjoy on our big terrace with a great view on the sea and old town or just cool yourselves, inside the apartment, using air conditions. Although, we do have WiFi, TV and satellite, don’t use it a lot, you can do that at home, rather spend time grilling some fishes on our, outside, barbecue.

Sea sound

Our studio apartment is just next to the sea. The closest beach is only 2 minutes walk, while city beach is approximately 7 min walk. The interior is simple but cosy, with breathtaking view from the terrace wich gives you the 'sitting on the boat' experience. You have very good restaurant that works until 2 am, few shops and loads of caffe bars on approx. 7 minutes walk distance, old town of Split on approx 15 minutes by car (or 30 by local bus)

Solis Rogoznica - house of peace and sunsets!

Solis Rogoznica is a charming stone house built entirely from stones found on the hills overlooking Rogoznica. It is located amongst the olive trees on the hill just 3 min ride (10-15 min walk) from the main road and the closest beach and it represents an old stone house with green windows - symbol of Dalmatia! It is surrounded by untouched nature in a very peaceful area with amazing sunsets every day!
