In front of the house is 3 kilometres long seaside promenade, which contains friendly hosts and healthy food in a small Mediterranean restaurants.Both apartments are with great location and very easy access to Trogir (beautiful old town with large selection of reasonably priced restaurants) and Split via boat taxis.

Villa Milla is a completely new well-equipped tourist facility, located on the south side of the island of Ciovo in the beautiful bay of Mavarstica, only 80 m from the sea. We are located in a quiet street only 5 minutes walk to shops, post offices, restaurants, ATMs, etc. We are only 5 km from Trogir, which is under Unesco protection.

This spacious holiday home which is surrounded by untouched nature has on the ground floor the living and dining area, kitchen, one bedroom with its own bathroom, fitness, and an additional toilet. From the rich equipped ground floor you can reach the courtyard with BBQ and swimming pool, immersed in green. Upstairs there is another kitchen and living room as well as another four bedrooms, two of which are with sea-view and there are another 3 bathrooms, one of which includes a massage tub.

There is a free parking space in front of the apartment and place for grilling. Also, there is a very small gym for one person in the house. View is on medieval fortress, marina and sea.
