It has been beautifully renovated into a luxurious accommodation, comprising of a cosy bedroom with super king size bed with a door leading out to a private garden. It is run by Anne a private host who will welcome you on arrival. Rocklands is a small peaceful village with a community shop for all essentials, plus local produce, off license, fresh coffee and Norfolk ice-cream. Village pub The White Hart pub is 5min walk

This country side setting is only a few miles to local town centres or 40 minutes drive to the picturesque city of Norwich, The Norfolk Broads and the beautiful Norfolk Coast line. An open plane spacious lounge and kitchen with a shower room with walk in shower. Upstairs has a large bedroom, en-suite and closet.

A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!

Ideal as a base for the track or business and also to discover Norfolk.
