Outdoor lit party patio, firepit, gas grill, disc golf, cornhole, rockers and porch swing. With each stay comes a complimentary bundle of firewood and treats to hand feed the cows.

This is a working Texas Longhorn Ranch, this apartment is separate from the house, with entry private. Has a small wet bar, Living area looks out to pasture and has a sleep sofa, small kitchenette, with refrigerator, coffee maker and toaster. Bathroom has shower big enough for two. The ranch has a private gated entry. We are a working ranch so if you inquire and we don'trespond for 6 or 8 hours it is noisy on tractor and around cattle so be patient. Welcome Snow birds and Europeans .

This unit is on the Bryan side of Campus so it is convenient to everything Bryan and College Station. The main bedroom includes a single king sized bed with an ensuite bathroom, while the secondary bedroom is very small with a twin bed. The queen sized fold out couch is in the living room.
