The lodge is located in a small quiet cul de sac with parking right outside in your own space. Situated in the middle of the Cotswolds water park everything in the water park is close by. It also benefits from being situated in the Hoburne Cotswolds complex with all its facilities. Cycling and walking in the area is great.

It has its own terrace and a direct view to one of the lakes within the park. Located in the quiet village of Denmead my place is an ideal location to explore the local countryside and surrounding area including Portsmouth and Chichester and is only 80 minutes from London. There are 2 great pubs in easy walking distance and a small group of shops close by. My place is great for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers.
