There's also a spacious lawned area and a large fully fenced, private and secure yard. It is suitable for children and for pets, with prior agreement with your host.

On Beauty Point's waterfront, overlooking kanamaluka / River Tamar, Beachside is a unique and spacious Arts and Crafts style home with enviable views from almost every window. Built in 1950, she is - as guests have described: a "perfectly imperfect" - old dame, lovingly maintained as a comfortable home. Safety notice: While we welcome families, Beachside is unsuitable for children under 5 due to a falls risk from the internal stairs and landing which have wide railings - please see photos.

Greens Beach Family Holiday Home

Our "shack" at Greens Beach is a comfortable holiday home for our family (including 2 dogs!) and we have tried to set it up for all the activities that the area offers (and we love!). It is 5 minutes walk to the beach (less if you have a Labrador or large water loving dog!), shop, golf club and tennis courts. We have provided most of the basics for these activities! It is a perfect spot to relax or a base to explore what the Tamar Valley has to offer!
