Castle Neuvillette World War I

The property is a chateau, in other words a castle, built in the early 18th century. Over the last decade it has been completely renovated; most recent renovation in the summer of 2017: new carpet in the bedrooms and the hallways on 1st and 2nd floor. The chateau is very comfortable and has 7 bedrooms and 3 bath rooms and accomodates 12 people. There is a cosy kitchen with a French Lacanche oven, a living room and a dining room. There is a large fire place in the living room and wooden pannelings in most rooms. A garage has room for 2 cars and there is a newly built summer kitchen with a large BBQ fire place. There is a small house next to the chateau, which accomodates 4 people and can be rented separately. The walls of this house have inscriptions from WW I and WW II, both from Allied Forces and Germans. The area is quite and rural. You need a car to get around. There are a number of chateaux in the area to visit. Our property is half an hour from Amiens by car. Amiens is famous for its cathedral and interesting museums. From Amiens it takes 60 minutes by train to get to Paris, Gare Du Nord, so day trips to Paris are easy to make. About 10 minutes drive (by car) from the chateau there is the lovely village of Doullens with several supermarkets, boucheries, boulangeries and other shops. Within half an hour drive you will find the battle fields of World War I, with several interesting museums and memorials. They are really worth a visit. Many British, Americans, Canadians and Australians come to visit the graves of their ancestors who lost their lives during WW I. The house is the place to stay for ANZAC week. The La Manche beaches are 1 hour and 15 minutes by car. The house is ideal for a vacation. And it is often used by people who invite their European friends to come over and spend some time together.

West Wing of Chateau with Heated Pool and Gardens

This breathtaking Normandy rustic country Chateau is 15 mins to the sea + 1.5 hrs to Calais. The West Wing is fully self-contained with its own entrance + has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge, mezzanine, kitchen, large dining room, outdoor private dining terrace with barbecue + 5 acres of beautiful grounds with outdoor heated pool (in season) shared with the property's Cottage + East Wing. Sleeps up to 10 people. For bigger groups add in the East Wing and/or Cottage!

Château d'Humières - Casa Clementine

Casa Clementine is our much-loved, nearly 250-year-old house in the grounds of the historic Château d'Humières. It's one of two adjoining but completely separate houses. Extensively renovated in 2023, it has around 250m² of space and is perfect for bringing friends or families together. There's a huge living and dining space, gardens and BBQ for summer, and an amazing open fireplace in winter. It's comfortable, characterful and occasionally quirky, which is part of its charm.

Bouillancourt Castle Two-room Suite with Park View

The Butternut is a spacious suite located on the first floor. Ideal for romantic getaways or family vacations, it features a large bedroom with a double bed draped in a floral canopy, as well as a second bedroom with two single beds. Its private bathroom, complete with a bathtub, sink, and toilet, is accessible from both bedrooms. Breakfast is included. You will also have access to the lounges, the garden, and the outdoor terrace, for a truly relaxing getaway.
