The beach is about a 40 minute drive away giving you proximity while maintaining some peace and quiet in between excursions. Space X is a few minutes further. 30 minutes from Brownsville. The home is 20 minutes from Arroyo City and a local boat ramp 5 minutes away with access to the Arroyo. Great value for a family to enjoy the Lower Rio Grande Valley.
