In the heart of Richmond our two floor renovated barn makes a great base for touring the Yorkshire Dales. This relaxed space stands in a courtyard off the top of Frenchgate, one of the town's best-known ancient cobbled streets. It's a peaceful spot only a few minutes' walk from the market square with its shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs. Free parking (one car). We provide you with the basics to get you started (coffee, tea, milk, bread, butter etc). Towels, shampoo and bedding also provided.

Plenty of walks directly from the cottage the river being just around the corner. The castle walk is 2 minutes away. Pubs and restaurants within walking distance. Richmond has everything you need for a fabulous break.

The Cottage is self-contained, with excellent facilities, furnishings, a private patio, access to the garden and off road parking. A lockable shed is available for cycles and there is space for cars and m'bikes to be parked off road. One medium/2 small dogs welcome, contact host. Situated between the North York Moors and Yorkshire Dales National Parks and close to the North Pennines Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty there is plenty to do and see in the area. Richmond, market town is close by .

The property provides the perfect setting for families and friends gathering for special occasions or holidays in beautiful North Yorkshire. The property boasts 6 kingsize bedrooms equipped with 6 full ensuite bathrooms. A further 7th bathroom is located on the ground floor. Recently fully renovated, it provides spacious, comfortable accommodation. Richmond is a historic market town with unique shops, great restaurants, tea rooms and bars. It boasts a magnificent Norman castle on the spectacular Swale river with plenty of walks and sight-seeing, both locally and further afield in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Wonderful walks and bike trails in the local area. Beautiful views over the fields and hills within the Dales National Park. This detached house is within the boundary of our own property so we are always on hand to help in any way we can to make your stay a wonderful experience. Within walking distance of the local village which has all the basic local amenities including a local history museum.

Beautiful Stone Cottage in Wensleydale

Our beautiful cottage is in the centre of the village right opposite the pub. Our guests love the cottage because of the beautiful Yorkshire Dales countryside and nearby Market Towns. The cottage is suitable for couples, families (with children), and pets (maximum of 2 and we do ask that they are not allowed upstairs or on the furniture). The lovely garden is fully enclosed and the terrace is a real sun trap in good weather. Fast Wifi is included.
