Questa piccola moderna villa è circondata da grandi finestre che vi permetteranno di sentirvi totalmente immersi nella nautura. Il silenzio è totale e la privacy assoluta. Gli ospiti avranno a disposizione la piscina ad uso esclusivo e un posto auto privato. Qui ritroverete la pace dei sensi. Ci troviamo a poca distanza dalle spiagge più famose della Costa Smeralda, a circa 5 minuti di macchina da Porto Rotondo e 25 da Porto Cervo. L'aeroporto di Olbia dista 15 minuti. La posizione è ottima.

Si compone di un soggiorno con divano letto, TV, cucina attrezzata con microonde, tostapane, forno, lavastoviglie, lavatrice. Bagno con doccia, camera con letto matrimoniale, letto a castello e divano letto. A 10 minuti di auto dall'Isola Gabbiani Porto Pollo. L'aria condizionata e la biancheria da letto sono incluse nelle spese di pulizia. Posto auto privato coperto.

Porzione di stazzo, cucina con divano letto e splendida veranda vista mare e tramonti, camera con seconda veranda vista campagna, bagno spazioso con finestra a cui si accede dalla camera. In camera è presente il secondo divano letto. A disposizione una doccia esterna e una lavatrice condivisa, vista sul tramonto unica. L’altra porzione di Stazzu è abitata da me, quindi alcuni spazi possono essere condivisi. Spiaggia raggiungibile con una buona camminata (20 minuti) o in tre minuti in auto.

From the terrace you have direct access to the exclusive harbor with its luxurious yachts. The piazza and the center of Porto Cervo are only 5 minutes away.

Wir vermieten unser kleines aber stilvolles Gästehaus im Norden Sardiniens inmitten der wunderschönen Gallura, fernab vom touristischen Trubel der Küstenstädte. Durch unsere zentrale Lage sind sowohl die Traumstrände der Westküste wie Rena Majore oder Naracu Nieddu als auch die herrlichen Strände im Norden und Nordosten in ca. 20-25 Minuten Fahrzeit erreichbar. Am Top-Surf-Spot Porto Pollo ist man in ca. 20 Minuten, an der Costa Smeralda in etwa 30 Minuten.
