Our lovely, quiet home is set in leafy Muswell Hill,only 20 minutes from Highgate tube to Central London. The top (second) floor looks mainly south over beautiful gardens towards elegant Victorian houses. The tube and the two vibrant London 'villages' of Muswell Hill and Crouch End (cafes, cinemas etc.) are close by. Woods, open spaces and Alexandra Palace are even nearer. We offer a healthy vegan breakfast and a warm, informed welcome to London. We now have Victor, a very shy, rescue greyhound.

Your London adventure starts in my VERY central flat, 1 block from Trafalgar Square, King bed or 2 singles, own bathroom. I have my own bedroom & bath, helpful tips for your special stay. Eco-friendly; breakfast options include gluten and dairy-free. Great gym in building. UNSUITABLE for people with disabilities as there are stairs to the lift. When the lift is occasionally out of order, there are 91 stairs. As in most London homes: no air conditioning but fans provided. No street parking.

This calm and stylish space is situated on the 1st floor at the back of the property away from the host's quarters. Private bathroom & use of full kitchen by arrangement. 10% discount for non use of kitchen. 2nd guest option for £10 per night. The townhouse is next to Bishops Park in south west Fulham with its beautiful grounds, palace, cafe, and river walks. It's on a quiet side street with numerous nearby shops and cafes and good transport links for the underground and numerous bus options.

A bright and spacious bedroom located across the top floor of this Victorian maisonette. The comfortable kingsize bed is fitted with a sumptuous wool topper and luxury bedding. The bed always receives rave reviews. There’s a sofa and plants to add that homely feel. The ensuite bathroom is supplied with high-end toiletries and Sheridan towels. There is a large walnut desk, ergonomic chair, DAB radio/Bluetooth speaker, iron, hairdryer and wardrobe with wooden hangers and set of drawers.

There is an en-suite bathroom. You will feel calm here and guests love the peace and quiet, away from the crowds after a day in Central London. The room faces west, catching the evening sun. If you enjoy shopping artisan Greenwich Market has a mix of entrepreneurial stalls and niche boutique style shops. VisIt Greenwich Park and enjoy a picnic or try one of the many eateries or unique pubs. 20 paces away from your stay is the Guildford Arms with the most gorgeous garden for amazing alfresco dining.
