Blazing fast and reliable WiFi (typically 100-400Mbps). Dedicated parking (up to 2 mid-size cars), full fridge and microwave, washer/dryer, and plenty of privacy and convenience. Coffee machine (with Starbucks coffee pods) included. Please note this basement apartment does NOT have a full kitchen (see pics).

Nature getaway, 5 Minutes from downtown

This is an apartment in the lower area of the house and has its own entry. It has a good size living room, bedroom with only one queen bed and kitchen. Large deck with pond and garden. There are fresh towels and linens, hair dryer, iron, soap, shampoo and some extras in case you forgot anything at home. The kitchen will usually have oatmeal, apple juice, orange juice, bottled water, a Kurig,regular coffee machine with coffee and a french press. Steep driveway but you can park in bottom lot.
