Charming House - 5 Minutes to Downtown & Aquarium

Comfortable & Stylish home located minutes from Downtown Chattanooga. 2 Bedrooms, 2 Beds + air mattress. Enjoy your morning coffee on our front porch swing, followed by a game of ping pong. Located in North Chattanooga, an eclectic neighborhood with shops, local eateries & bars. Only 5 minutes from the Aquarium and Coolidge Park. Walk on the sidewalks to restaurants such as Daily Ration, The Co-Op, Tremont Tavern, IL Primo+ more. Free parking, fully equipped kitchen and laundry in the house.

Nature getaway, 5 Minutes from downtown

This is an apartment in the lower area of the house and has its own entry. It has a good size living room, bedroom with only one queen bed and kitchen. Large deck with pond and garden. There are fresh towels and linens, hair dryer, iron, soap, shampoo and some extras in case you forgot anything at home. The kitchen will usually have oatmeal, apple juice, orange juice, bottled water, a Kurig,regular coffee machine with coffee and a french press. Steep driveway but you can park in bottom lot.

Northshore Home, Next to Park, Hiking/Biking

This home is 1-2 miles from downtown, aquarium, and central Chattanooga activities. It sits less than a block from the entrance to a large park with dog park, playground, trails and connector to Stringers Ridge hike/bike trail. The neighborhood is quiet and family friendly. The house has hardwood floors, charm, and a bright and comfortable living space. We live nearby and are available as needed. Washer/dryer are available in the basement on request. Pet policy below.

Our beautiful quiet home is located minutes from downtown Chattanooga and just down the street from Northgate mall. Our fantastic deck is a great place to relax and enjoy nature. The house we are offering is a great size and very comfortable. There is a full kitchen with a microwave, toaster, coffee pot, and refrigerator. You will have full access to the deck and very close to lots of shopping. This is our home also. We live in a separate basement apartment.

Nooga North - beautiful home easy walk downtown.

NO CHECKOUT REQUIREMENTS. When you’re done, you leave - we clean. Beautiful house with open-concept design downstairs, 2 bed and full baths upstairs, tastefully decorated and with all your essentials! WiFi provides you with access to EPB high speed internet. TV is Internet only using the Roku app. There is no cable TV. You have your own private deck and off street parking. This home is within ten minutes walking distance to downtown Chattanooga.
