Relax with a hot tub soak, then cap the evening sharing stories under an inky sky gathered round the fire pit with a soothing hot toddy or mug of creamy cocoa.

Enjoy your stay In This modern farmhouse re-built on the exact location of the original farm house from 1903! Relax on a large property along the banks of the Susquehanna River In style. Truly no detailed spared to make this a one-of-a-kind location. Lots of room to spread out, great access to the river, rails to trails walking/bicycle trail directly across the street. Four bedrooms, including a first floor, master bedroom and master bathroom, and three bedrooms upstairs, one with bunk beds!

It started as a place to let the horses catch a breath and a bite of grass and the riders a long gaze of the awesome view. Cottage in Warriors Mark

Our Cottage was originally the Barber shop here in Warriors Mark. It was eventually converted into an efficiency apartment. I completely renovated the Cottage over the summer of 2024. The space is very comfortable and inviting with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The space is perfect for a couple. The loveseat easily converts to a full size bed 51x72 inches. It is comfortable for one adult or 2 children. PLEASE let me know in advance if you will need the sofabed set up.

Our home is the perfect lodging for anyone attending local wedding venues, such as Gillbrook Farms, which is only half a mile away. Additionally, as alumni, employees, and PSU parents, we are thrilled to open our doors to guests visiting Penn State University for football games, move in/out weekends, or graduation ceremonies.
