Artfully Renovated Stone House Overlooking the City of Noto

Ancient walls and modern conveniences coexist in peaceful harmony in this architect's house. Glazed doors in the bedrooms and living areas open onto a rolling landscape. Dine alfresco on a sheltered patio and go for a swim in a pool with a view. Le Casuzze is a holiday home which was completed in the summer of 2017 and designed by an architect from Bologna. It is perfectly integrated in the landscape behind the baroque town of Noto, and offers a superb view of the sea, the town and the natural beauty of the surrounding area. Finding a balance between luxury and simplicity is difficult task, which the the architect has mastered incredibly well. The three bedrooms (all of which have a separate en-suite bathroom) have replaced the stables, whilst the living room is placed in the old housing quarters. There where empty space previously separated the two buildings now stands the kitchen. A fourth bathroom is accessible via the living-room. All the rooms are connected with one another and can also be accessed via the outside terraces, which face the south and east respecitively – the former offering a superb panomaric view of the surrounding landscape. The seven-by-seven-meter large pool was designed to resemble a Gebbia: an antique water reservoir; The pool area constituting the transition between the house and the mediterranean Macchia. The entire property is defined by an incredibly calm and harmonious atmosphere and is the perfect place to wind down. Le Casuzze is located on a beautiful ridge behind Noto, overlooking the city and the sea. Take wonderful walks through the Mediterranean scrub from here, undisturbed by the few houses in the neighborhood.

Grotta e Carrubo home

Una grotta a doppia altezza soppalcata, tre terrazze su più livelli all'ombra di un carrubo secolare che offrono un incantevole vista su Scicli. La piccola dimora è una casa di pregio progettata dalla proprietaria designer Margherita Rui, e curata in ogni dettaglio lavorato dai migliori artigiani locali nel rispetto dei materiali originali. La dimora è arredata con tutti i comfort, due camere matrimoniali e un divano letto openspace, un bagno, terrazze con zona pranzo, piscina, doccia, solarium.

Villa Cammarana Dimora di Charme

Nella parte meridionale dell’altopiano Ibleo, tra carrubi secolari e macchia mediterranea, si erge l'inconfondibile sagoma di Villa Cammarana, nobile dimora di campagna del XVIII secolo. Dalla facciata neoclassica, salendo l’antica scala esterna in pietra, si arriva al piano nobile dove si diparte il grande terrazzo con bastioni in calcare intagliato, da cui si domina il paesaggio straordinario della campagna iblea; all’orizzonte il mare con il faro di Punta Secca e le rovine greche di Kamarina.

La villa è autonoma e tutti i servizi sono esclusivamente per gli ospiti,compresa la piscina. Giardino, WIFI, aria condizionata e TV . Tre camere da letto e quattro bagni(uno a servizio piscina). Cucina soggiorno mq 40 con ampie vetrate sulla piscina. Ambienti sanificati prima di ogni soggiorno.
