A place to stay for days, to think, relax, cook and eat, catch the sun, write and eventually work with a very fast wifi reaching the garden as well. The house is build from an ancient cave, behind Santa Maria La Nova main church. The big garden is the natural extension of the house.. hammock, fireplace, tables and spaces among olive and lemon trees, hidden from tourists routes, perfectly inside the village.

Pure nature of sicilian countryside is what offers our charming house while being very close to the town and seaside. The house is 'eco-orientated' and offers a confortable lifestyle while keeping it's touch of 'campagna' origin. From the rooftop you can enjoy amazing views over the sea and wonderful sunsets. Situata in una antica casa signorile, tramite delle scale interne si accede alla camera con terrazza adiacente, completa di tutti i comfort ed appena ristrutturata. La stanza si trova a pochi metri dalla Cattedrale di Noto, dal Palazzo Ducezio e dal fantastico Palazzo Nicolaci. Dista circa 8 km dal mare, 10 km dall' Oasi Vendicari e 30 km dalla città di Siracusa. Facilmente raggiungibile dall'aeroporto Fontanarossa di Catania (circa 50 minuti di strada).

Vista panoramica sull'Etna e sul mare, discesa diretta dal giardino al mare (scogli). Ci troviamo in una zona tranquilla chiamata Baia del silenzio, e' un'area privata con cancello automatico e custode. Il ristorante piu' vicino è a 7 km, il bar piu' vicino a 4 km. Il paese più vicino è Brucoli a circa 8 km un piccolo borgo marinaro molto frequentato soprattutto in estate in cui troverete bar, ristoranti, pizzerie, un piccolo supermercato.

Ristrutturato a Giugno 2017, il monolocale1 è uno dei due monolocali di Casina Lanterne, composta da due monolocali vicini e speculari di 32mq ciascuno, con ingresso indipendente, cucina soggiorno con divano-letto, piano cottura a induzione, stufa a legna e bagno. Il soppalco accoglie il letto matrimoniale. Zona barbecue, il pergolato con cucina, la piscina, bagno e doccia esterna sono di uso comune.
