"The Lake House" is located on beautiful Mason Lake in Briggsville, WI. Our home is a freshly remodeled 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom lake house with 36 ft. of lake frontage. The property has a huge fenced in back yard, concrete patio and a new pier (2021) for outside fun. We can accommodate two vehicles on the black top driveway, public street parking and a large public parking lot for boat / rec. trailers right across the street. The property is also located on a ATV/UTV and snowmobile trail system.

The Sweet Suite is an upper duplex unit. We are located in the middle of the Driftless Area known for its scenic beauty and charm. A comfortable country atmosphere ideal for relaxation. This cozy well loved 80s-style bi-level home sits on a peaceful canal off the Wisconsin River, offering great fishing just steps from the back door. The upper level features two bedrooms, a full bath, kitchen, living room, and dining area. The lower level includes a family room, additional bed, and hideaway beds on both floors. Ample parking for cars, trailers, and gear makes it perfect for outdoor getaways.

Nature, wildlife, sunrises and sunsets await you! Hot-tub relaxation in our enclosed porch overlooking the lake. Private piers for fishing. The lake is great for fishing, ice fishing, kayaks, and canoes.
