Newly remodeled Duplex located within 1 mile of Lake George village. The upstairs/downstairs units are identical with an interior staircase connecting them. Each unit has 2 bedrooms with 5 beds, 1 bath, large living room, granite countertops and stainless appliances. Both units include a private porch outside of the living room. At the end of the day, enjoy the granite fire pit and numerous yard games while roasting marshmallows in a safe/quiet location.Parking. NO PARTIES!

Relax and watch the sun and moon rise off our deck from this quaint get-away destination.

Hometown Haven- Glens falls/Lake George/Saratoga

Our home is in the heart of Glens Falls. We are just minutes away from Cool insuring arena and 15 minutes to Lake George & Saratoga. Haviland’s cove beach on the Hudson River and the bike trail are within walking distance from our home. Our home has a full gym with a treadmill. We also have a full bar with a with pool table and Foos ball table for fun gatherings at home. When it’s time to relax you can enjoy our lighted patio, fire pit and grill.

This large open floor plan chalet is situated on a sprawling secluded property bordered by two babbling brooks and miles of beautiful wooded trails. Enjoy your morning coffee on the wraparound deck or relax in the evening around the fire pit. Special features include electric fireplace, outdoor fire pit, bar, pool table, theatre room, loft with twin bed, 4 private bedrooms, 2 full baths. Guests must have ability to navigate stairs.

Lake George/ Adirondacks/Saratoga retreat

We are centrally located off of I-87 and are within walking distance to many stores, shopping malls, diners and restaurants. We are about a 10 minute drive to Lake George. There is ample parking for 2 -3 vehicles as well as Wifi and smart TVs. The private backyard is my favorite space!

Waterfront 1-bedroom apartment on 5 acres

This space has its own entrance/key and is attached but separate from the main house. Apartment has outstanding Western waterfront views and sunsets. Space is appropriate for 1-3 people and there is parking for 1 car. Guests have their own private apartment but shared outside amenities including patio, firepit, playset, yard, grill, kayaks, paddleboards, canoe, and dock seasonally May-September. Shared outdoor 7-person hot tub.
