You'll have a great time at this cozy waterfront cabin. All the comforts of home including full bathroom with tub and shower, kitchen with full-size fridge and stove. Vintage Enterprise wood cook stove, ample dining space, wifi, TV, Netflix, heat pump, BBQ, and tranquil waterfront on the Taxis River. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with bunk beds consisting of a double on the bottom and a twin up top. Living room couch converts to a queen size bed. Outdoor patio and a firepit!

Seasonal items are unavailable during fall/winter. We do have access to trails if you’d like to bring your own snowshoes,cross country skis,snowmobile or ATV.

Black Bear Lodge

We require 24 hours notice when booking. The lodge is 15 minutes from Fredericton city limits in Noonan approximately 2 km in the woods on a private road. It runs on solar and wind power with backup generator. We offer skating, snowshoeing, hiking and boating depending on the weather. Fishing is also offered at an additional cost. There is a stand up shower and sink in the bathroom with hot and cold water as well as a toilet, a propane stove and fridge in the kitchen. Woodstoves for heat.

Set on 23 acres of wooded land with a lovely little lake on your doorstep, this cozy space features a private year-round hot tub, full kitchen, board games and a king size bed. Located just outside of St Martins and the Fundy Trail Parkway, you’ll find everything you need with us after a day spent hiking, riding ATV trails, floating in the lake and exploring the Fundy Coast. Newly renovated with modern amenities and cozy touches, this is the perfect place to relax away from it all!

My Little Oasis: a cozy little cottage on the lake

My Little Oasis is a cozy little cottage on Maquapit Lake in Clark's Corner NB. 3 bedrooms that can sleep up to 6 guests. 1 bedroom with a queen sized bed and the other 2 each have a twin over double bunk beds. This cottage will serve all your vacation needs. My intention is to make My Little Oasis a place where you want to come back and share your experience with your family and friends so they can come over for a stay and experience this little piece of paradise on the lake.
