A charming 1880's cottage conveniently found in Brackney, PA, a short drive from Binghamton, Endicott and Vestal, NY. We are located close to local breweries, wineries , Salt Springs State Park and various recreational activities, and are 1/2 mile from The Barn at JJT Farm. We are approx. 15 minutes from Binghamton University and SUNY Broome. Upgraded living spaces and new bathrooms highlight the union of modern conveniences with original aesthetic. Several outdoor areas to enjoy on property.

Foxglove Cottage has been completely renovated for a modern clean look. 141 acres of beautiful woods and trails. A 6-acre private fishing lake. Ski Resorts Close are within an hour drive Located a few short miles from State Game Lands and abundant hunting. This is a working farm with horses, donkeys and chickens. The fireplace is only available from October 1st to end of May; its a heat source and is not for ambiance. The driveway is steep all wheel or 4 wheel is required during winter.

Come enjoy fishing, boating, and swimming all from your own private dock. Please note that during the winter months weather conditions can rapidly change. AWD or 4WD is recommended for winter stays. Also, occasional power outages do occur year round due to weather. During prolonged outages, generator power can be provided.

This lakefront cottage is an ideal getaway, and the fishing is GREAT! Relax and take in the view of Little Elk Lake and surrounding farmland. You may also catch a glimpse or our resident bald eagle, blue herons or beavers! The lake is small (42 acres) so no motor boats are allowed, keeping it nice and quiet. Fishermen tout the wide-mouth bass, perch, grouper and more. There are so many ways to enjoy the outdoors--swim from the raft, lounge on the shore or enjoy the fire pit at night.

Welcome to The Watermelon Chateau, our cute and cozy cottage in beautiful Northeast PA! Come enjoy every activity the region has to offer year round. Skiers will love the close proximity to Elk Mountain. You can also enjoy kayaking, biking, hiking, golfing and more during the warmer months. It's hard to beat an early morning coffee or evening glass of wine on the deck overlooking the water, and the fire pit is ideal for roasting marshmallows under the crystal clear night skies.

Adorable, remodeled 2 bedroom lakeside cottage on the eastern shore of Laurel Lake in northern Pennsylvania, 15 minutes between Montrose, PA and Binghamton, NY. We are happy to open our lake home to new and returning guests. Enjoy a little serenity with family and friends, away from the hustle and bustle of daily life on this beautiful 40 acre lake. Whether it be fishing, swimming, kayaking, hiking or relaxing by the campfire or water, there is something for everyone.

Unplugged (no WiFi) and peaceful. We provide breakfast foods. Unfortunately we cannot provide fresh breakfasts at this time, to keep our prices the same, with inflation. We hope to again in the future, if the current costs go down. A family built, tiny, timber frame. We are in a farming community, and several Amish farms dot our road. My place is close to Montrose, a quaint historical town nestled in the Endless Mountains of Northeast Pa. Private Lake house on Lake ChrisAnn. Only a short drive (approximately 30 minutes) to Binghamton, NY and Scranton, Pa. Nearby activities include hiking at Salt Springs State Park, golf, and shopping. Also, enjoy kayaking, swimming, fishing right here on the Lake! My place is good for couples and families (with kids).
