The chalet is an individual construction fully available and reserved for the guests. So are the terrace and the surroundings ( a small river, a private bridge and access to the forest ). En Bord de petit torrent avec des biches A 5 min en voiture des Houches, à 10 min de Chamonix, à 1h de Genève. Easy access by road to the chalet. 2 kms from Les Houches and 10 kms from Chamonix. Parking just behind the chalet A fully renovated old chalet. With all modern comfort ( inc Sauna for 3 ) and top decoration. A unique view on the MontBlanc chain. The chalet is in the hamlet of Coupeau, in the forest above Les Houches, with exceptional views of Mont Blanc. It's a 5-minute drive to Les Houches, 10 minutes to Chamonix, and an hour to Geneva.

Studio In-Alpes

Studio In-Alpes is located just outside the center of Haute-Nendaz ski resort in the middle of nature, on the lower level of a chalet build in 1930 that got a full renovation in 2018. The Bed-Up makes this studio unique, with a 48km view into the Rhone valley from the moment you open your eyes. In winter the studio will charm you with the cosy fireplace and underfloor heating, in summer the natural stone terrace will invite you to stay outside and look down into the valley or gaze upon the stars

Possibilità di utilizzare a richiesta piazzola attrezzata per pranzare e prendere il sole con barbecue!L’alloggio si trova a 10 min di macchina da la Salle ad una quota di 1600 mt La strada è comoda e sempre pulita. Esposto al sole tutto il giorno!

Charming cozy cabin with amazing view

Alps Mountains. Italy. Aosta Valley. A cabin in a small village at 1600 meters,in the peace of meadows, grazing cows and mountains. Snow (usually) in the winter. A place of the heart, lovingly restored preserving the ancient beams of the roof. A wonderful view from the large windows and a special tranquility for those in search of peace, warmth and relaxation. The furniture is very nice: wood above all, but also more lively colors, and modern comforts. Quiet excursions, both on snowshoes or ski.

Fermata del bus a soli 80 metri che porta direttamente agli impianti sciistici e verso le valli Ferret e Veny e Skyway Monte Bianco. Ideale come tappa del TMB

Ampio appartamento caratteristico con soffitto in legno, su due piani, da 85mq complessivi; due camere matrimoniali e bagno al piano inferiore, soggiorno con cucina a vista e bagno sul piano superiore; i bagni sono entrambi completi cosi' come la cucina; camino, terrazzino coperto, e veduta panoramica come da foto; parcheggio auto riservato. E' situato vicino alla Stazione e a pochi metri dalle Terme.

Bilocale in Pré-Saint-didier, Terme

L’appartamento si trova nel cuore di Pré-Saint-Didier a pochi passi dalle terme e dalle fermate dei pullman per Courmayeur e La Thuile. A partire da luglio 2023 il mio appartamento è convenzionato con Qc Terme Pré-Saint-Didier. Sarà mia cura occuparmi della prenotazione in modo tale che i miei ospiti possano usufruire dello sconto a me riservato.
