We have worked hard to provide an experience for our guests with this meticulously restored home. Stepping onto the property is like stepping back to the Orem, Utah of your grandparents' era with its charming architecture, mid-century finishes and decor, and beautiful yard featuring a small fruit Orchard. Backing up to the SCERA Park, SCERA Shell Outdoor Theater, and SCERA Pool, this home is close to BYU, UVU, Costco, and University Place. Large areas indoors and out to entertain and enjoy.

We Live in quiet, safe cul-de-sac. Mountains and lakes very close. Many restaurants. We are very friendly (see reviews). No Animals(ever) and NO children under 12 years old, we are renting to adults 21 or older. Neighborhood noise curfew at 10:30 pm(strict) this is not a party house or FAMILY GATHERING PLACE.

Come stay in our Spa/apartment. End each day with a soak in the hot tub over looking the Provo lights. Then to the Cedar sauna for a good sweat, and then finish in the large closed shower. You'll never have a better nights sleep. Quiet, secluded area of Provo; 2 bedrooms separate from living/kitchen area. 2 bedrms and extra pull-out sofa in the Hallway. pack & play Oh, but no smoking. Enjoy your stay in this private 2500 sq ft indoor pool house complete with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a full kitchen, a living room, swimming pool, hot tub, and laundry closet. The pool house is a separate structure than our main house (where we reside). Only guests who are STAYING are allowed on property (unless cleared through the owner). Due to family allergies, no pets or animals of any kind are allowed. Absolutely no smoking or drinking.
