We are a working livestock farm raising cows, sheep, chicken, ducks, pigs & more. We have so much fun at our little lake house! We’d like to share the fun with your family! We have a one bedroom with a queen bed. Living room with couch and loveseat and futon. Sitting room looking towards the lake with a futon that can sleep 2. The kitchen is full with pretty much anything you need. Also we have a cooker and charcoal grill on the porch. No Wi-Fi sorry! Please bring your on linens and towels. There are some there and if used would prefer you to wash and put away.

We manage and clean our home personally. It is a super clean home that sits on an acre and a half of land. Close to downtown newberry, 7 mile. And 30 mile from Columbia/Irmo. 4 mile off I26. It’s on a paved dead end road in a very safe area off 176. We aren’t fancy, but the home has everything you would need for a relaxing stay. We live close by to be of any assistance, but we don’t bother our guests unless they ask. ALL DOGS must be approved, maximum of 2, NO CATS
