The "Ai Rododendri" apartment is immersed in the greenery of a small hamlet of Pray Biellese and from its large panoramic terrace you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the town, Mount Barone and Valsessera. It is a 3-minute drive from the town center, 15 from Oasi Zegna and 30 from Bielmonte. It can accommodate up to 6 people thanks to the 2 double bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. There is a large entrance, a kitchen, a bathroom and private parking. Summer swimming pool in the village.

The fully independent property features a double bedroom, a room with a sofa bed, equipped kitchen, bathroom, and a spacious living room with a GPL fireplace, to be used exclusively for heating and not suitable for burning wood.
