Ako ste zainteresirani za miran, jedinstven i jednostavan odmor onda je to naš studio apartman Fundament. Kućica se nalazi oko 15 kilometara dalje od centra Novalje. Pogodna je za obitelji sa malom djecom, mlade parove i definitivno za starije. More se nalazi odmah ispred nase kućice tako da ne morate misliti o šetanju ili vožnji a ako imate malu djecu tu je i pješčana plaža Lašna. Tu je i restoran koji nudi predivan pogled na izlaske i zalaske sunca. Ako vam zatreba malo mira i tišine, tu smo.

Unsere Ferienwohnung Sunset-Oase befindet sich in dem kleinen Örtchen Prizna an der Kvarner Bucht. Die Wohnung liegt in Erster Linie am Adriatischen Meer. Die Lagune ist direkt über einen eigenen Treppenzugang erreichbar. Die Ferienwohnung wurde in 2017 neugebaut und hochwertig ausgestattet. Die 15 m² große Terrasse  bietet einen romantischen Sonnenuntergang. Sie ist mit Sonnenliegen, Stühlen und Terrassentisch ausgestattet. Die Inseln PAK (3 km) und RAB (15 km) können schnell erreich werden.

Calm and quite villa with lot of green in big yard and the beach of private characteristics. Only three apartments in this Villa guarantee a pleasant stay without the crowds. The apartments are spacious, with large terraces overlooking the sea and are fully equipped with all furniture, appliances and air conditioning. The beach is accessed by several steps from the yard. It has a sandy part suitable for small children, shade but a concrete pier and access by boat.
